I have stayed before. I have stayed 3 or 4 times and I have been visiting for 2.3 years but now when I come there is neither coffee in the machine nor the lights on the terrace. It is 22:30 and the lights are off. We turned them on and two minutes later the hotel staff said that it is forbidden to turn on the lights at this time. Well, when we came before it was on from 00:00 to 01:00 at night and we were sitting there, wasn't it forbidden? Then it is ridiculous. I mean, you are saving money. I don't understand. Half of the lights are not on anyway. There are hotels across the street that have lights on their terraces. Isn't there a ban there? It used to be a hotel I loved. They make you cold. Even the room card has been stolen. We are trying to turn on the electricity. The card doesn't fit in the slot and gets stuck in the dark.

Everything was fine, I stayed there before. I've been staying there for 2-3 years, but I know that I sat on the terrace with the lights on until 1:12 at night. At 22:30, the lights were off, we sat in the dark. It was forbidden. I've heard something like this for the first time. There was always coffee, but there was no room.

- Despite being designed as a luxury, overall the hotel is maintained not so good. Stains, old towels, bad drainage im a shower, poor roomkeeping, average breakfast with npt many choices.

+ Excellent location but very quiet. Designed as a luxary spacious hotel. Acceptable breakfast. Nice hotel, but very noisey kids playing in the hallway from 9pm until 10.30pm, then from 9.30pm to 11.38pm, there was a removal firm working on the 8th floor nightmare night. We paid extra because we thought a bit of luxury, but we won't be going there again. Sorry, we have been in over 20 hotels this year, and this would be near the bottom.

The hotel's front desk was very nice. We booked two rooms and upgraded us to a family room. They were very friendly throughout the entire stay, and the breakfast was also very generous. Highly recommended.

The hotel is old and worn out, and the hygiene is not good. Food is OK. Thr staff is trying to give good service. They barely speak English. Not my first choice for the next trip to Afyon. Location is excellent

Avoid if possible.
This was really bad. We started off with a very dark reception area, and then to the elevator with a really heavy chemical smell- hold your breath - and the room smelled like there hadn't been a ventilation for a long time.
The bathroom: how can hotel staff with even a bit of passion for their work do this? Ugly lighting, stains and mould everywhere, a shower cabin which falls apart looking at it. And after a shower: if you're lucky, the floor is wet. If your'e unlucky, it's flooded.
Yes, the location is excellent and there was a young lady behind the reception who really knew her stuff, but that's about it. This hotel is terrible and whatever organisation gave this hotel four stars should be ashamed.

This hotel should not be a four star hotel. The rooms are smelly, like it's very humid. Bad ventilation. I have asthma and it wasn't fun staying there. AC was not working so you have this big blowy thing that makes the smell in the room even worse. Beds were very hard, but that is personal. Breakfast was bad. Very dry and not much choice if you don't wanna eat veggies in te morning. Location is good. Nice view of the hill out of our room. Very strong smell of parfum in the elevator. Shower was leaking so when you were done the whole bathroom was wet. Very out dated also. Not a 4 star hotel worthy.

Unfortunately the hotel is very bad, it is definitely not worth the money. The central air conditioning does not work, the rooms have a fan machine that is not a fan, it is really not worth the money it costs, it is definitely not worth staying.
