The hotel is quiet and has a wonderful view of the sea, as well as the rooms .. except for the economic rooms it is not recommended, the place is romantic and quiet. They are very friendly, location is👌🏽

Absolutely fantastic. The hotel feels like home. Facilities are excellent and view is awesome. We shall be back. Alain is a wonderful host and we enjoyed staying in this gem.
This is a wonderful place to relax, close to Çeşme city center and a short drive to Alaçatı, as well. The view can't be beat, if you choose an upgraded room, so it's really worth spending a little extra. Our host was more than accommodating and breakfast was properly Turkish! Also, foreign guests will be very comfortable here, as several languages are understood. Highly recommended!

Great Villa!!! After 3 weeks vacation was our last stop in this villa! 5*+ from our point of view and not comparable to other villas that claim to be 5*. The villa is very very clean and big! There are various things included. Detergent, dishwasher tabs only mentioned in passing. The owners are very friendly! We will be back! ❤️

There was no WiFi although it was stated as such in the Airbnb description. The toilet lid was placed directly in front of the front door and the toilet lid was missing in the corresponding toilet. The caretaker was very nice and very accommodating. He took care of everything right away and was on site within minutes of every call.
Were 20-25/08/21. The area is a bit run down. The pool is nice and clean, but the water was cold 23-24C. We lived in 13 and 10 villas. More or less inside. On the ground floor there is a studio kitchen and a small toilet (toilet and tiny washbasin). The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator. Among the kitchen utensils there is no CORKSCREW! But there were sympathetic and understanding...

The houses are beautiful With small outdoor pool Please note that you absolutely need a car to get around.
Business owner and employees related. Pool was clean and crowded. There's not much air conditioning. 10 km to the public beach of Ilica. I've got migros shock bim a101 nearby. A natural place is not humid. Only homes, kitchen utensils etc. in terms of maintenance. I need some attention.
