The hotel was generally nice, but it felt neglected and there were some shortcomings. For example, there was a table tennis table but no rackets or balls, and a billiard table but no cues. The waterslide was closed most of the time for various reasons. In addition, some of the toilets were often dirty and seemed as if they were never cleaned.

My friend and I stayed two nights during our trip to Alaçatı in August. We were truly satisfied. The location was excellent, both close to everything and away from the noise. It was a clean, beautiful boutique hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Sitting by the pool and garden was a delight. We would choose it again, thank you.

The hotel's location and breakfast are very good, the hotel staff are generally polite. But I think our room was given to others, so they wanted to give us another room at the entrance other than the room we bought. When we mentioned this, they tried to fix it, but that's why we waited an hour and were able to check in late. The bathroom drain of the room seemed to be clogged, and water was flowing...
