This hotel with quality service and a very nice breakfast, located in the city center, close to shopping areas with easy access.

The room wasn’t very nice, the windows didn’t seal properly so there was noise and draft, the queen size bed was quite small for 2 persons, the breakfast was decent, the staff was helpful.

I stayed twice at this hotel in December 2023 for business , I’d recommend this hotel overall. The entrance is at R level, car park -2 level, then you go to L level and up for room floors. The location is very central.

So good I liked everything about it the water the people the food and the room were very clean and nice they have an open büfe for food you can eat as much as you wish to.

Accesibility is good. Open air pool is great, especially for a winter night. open buffe is enough since people tend to waste too much food. massage is not a massage. No need to try. Some parts of the hotel are worn out. do not not expect new towel.

No cafe or tea at the room, the water in the bathroom is just above from cold. Shower gel and shampoo is same but different bottle , I am having dandruff after 3 days staying . Good hotel but poor management

It is a hotel whose price is constantly increasing in TL but always remains at the same price on dollar basis. It used to cost between 25-27 dollars per night in September, and now it's the same. Pls be careful while using the elevator, you may see the every floor's foundation :D Beside this, the room service is fine and clean rooms. Qtahya pub is dont like the guest from the hotel! Serioulsy they have offered me to send my orders to my room but they want let me in the pub. After all of this, pls choose if you only want to chill out in your hotel room. But you cannot use the pubs etc.

I like their service so much, the room is so clean, price was cheap, I slept so comfortable without any disturb, I would like to come back there again, just breakfast is not something you would like to try.

Very decent hotel, a bit old furniture but up and top friendly and hospitality. I wanted to leave without having breakfast because the restaurant was very crowded so they suggested my to bring my meal to the lobby. Remarkable!!
