The location of the hotel is perfect! Clean and comfort rooms! The bar just next to the hotel has great food and staff! I fully reccomend stay in this hotel!

Absolute luxury . We came to Mugla for the first time (it won’t be the last) and after an enjoyable day booked into this hotel. It was wonderful in everyway ,the staff were lovely ,and at breakfast very attentive. It was a lovely Turkish breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel Pat and Alan Richardson. Five stars

The hotel is beautiful, it has big rooms. As it is in the center of Mugla. You can find restaurants by walking. It has a free car park. Breakfast is very good.

Beautifully kept, you're getting a luxury hotel for basic price. Indoor swimming pool, sauna,steam room all included in the price!! Nice and modern feel upon entry with lots of space. It is very clean. Decoration is cool and modern. The property has a decent size and shape swimming pool. Location is high up so there is a sliver of sea views through the rapidly developing concrete jungle of Akyaka. The man I spoke with on the phone was friendly, polite and helpful.The porter he sent to help with the luggage saw me at the top door...

Akyaka seems like a beautiful and peaceful place, ideal for relaxation. We stayed for two nights and found the room service to be excellent and the room to be very clean.

We were out of season but enjoyed staying at this stylish place. Very clean, with thoughtful touches.

The location of the hotel is perfect and we had a relaxing time in Akyaka. We stayed at the end of the season. Shop was closed. Pool was cold even though the weather was perfect. Room was clean but out of the way. Breakfast was strange....usual omelette man and good range of cheese etc.... but no fruit juice, flavoured teas, melon or toaster.

One of the best accommodation spots in Akyaka/Ula/Mugla in Turkiye. By the sea, cozy, good food and drinks, friendly staff. Location wise, close to everywhere (marmaris, bodrum, datca). Nature, sea, creeks oh my god you name it. Don’t forget to say hi to the owner and ask him to show you private photo exhibit. Also ask about the architect and his story.

In the beginning we arrived here ... a bit skeptical because car park is so narrow, but somehow we managed to parked. The hospitality was so good, person in charge are ready to hospitalize guesses. Room was clean, even when we not satisfied with the room position, the able to recommend the other room for us. Room exactly in front of swimming pool, so nice. In my opinion this is the best hotel in Akyaka! The territory is just marvelous, full of blooming flowers, with a small blue river running through, a lot of birds, fish and turtles living over there. Every day is enjoyable at the Yucelen Hotel.

They rooms were ok, just no drawers to put your clothes in, house keeping was good, some of the waiters were better than others, same with the reception staff. Every where was clean. The only thing that let it down was the location of our room just at the elevator and late night guests didn't worry about other sleeping guest. Chico the entertainment staff was brilliant

The hotel is a 3 star at best, the bar is tiny for size of the hotel. The room key is a joke. 2 people in the room and only 1 key. Food is ok, Room ok for purpose but sleep to noisy and sun beds none existent

i have already written a review on the hotel but i must make special mention of tika, she promotes the spa services and works in the hotel salon. she is a very pleasant, helpful young lady. i had a problem with a piercing, she was most concerned and she helped me to resolve the issue even though she didnt have to so massive thanks to her for making my stay better than it already was.

This hotel is beautiful, our first time and was pleasantly surprised, the main reason why this place is Amazing is the entertainment team, those guys work extremely hard! Dobby and Potter our personal favourites ❤️ hopefully see Dobby in Manchester 1 day soon ❤️

1st stayed here in 2023. Came back this year and wasn't disappointed Room's are OK cleaned everyday and always left fresh towels and water. Entertainment wise we had chicco to take care of everyone and what an excellent job he did, very energetic and made everyone laugh, in his words he's "not normal". Food a little repetitive but nice. Only 10 minute walk from marina and bazaar all in all lovely...

This place is excellent our room was on the top floor, the room was spacious and got the sun all day on the balcony, room was clean as was whole hotel and modern, the reception staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is slightly out of the way but if you get a trike bike you will be fine. The downside to the place is 1 member of staff, sells the excursions and spa days he will pounce on you first...

Clean room, pool and seating areas. Staff on the whole very pleasant, helpful and attentive. The breakfast is fabulous with everything you could want, very fresh and super coffee machine. Over priced pool bar drinks- only bought one due to being over charged which is a shame. Woken up during the night as staff gave new arrivals room key with access to my room- this was not dealt with effectively...

Back from another amazing stay at Club Viva, friendly staff amazing food and drinks. Pool is lovely and definitely big enough. Room's are very comfortable and clean and air con amazing Breakfast is lovely and something for everyone 5th time staying here will definitely be back. Sergio is brilliant and he goes above and beyond to make sure your happy

Can’t complain for the price that we paid clean staff lovely nice pool only thing is expensive for drinks but no issues really if you don’t drink excessively . Locations great 10/10

The hotel it self was beautiful the rooms were nice and clean the reception man was very sweet. Air con included in the room but no WiFi in rooms. Breakfast was grim worst I’ve ever had only ate it 2 times of being there for 11 days the French toast was hard greasy and cold like it was there for a week every time mw and my daughter at there we got upset stomachs.
