My favourite butique hotel in this area. We r coming back here. Love the location. Best breakfasts! Great team in the hotel. You need to speak Turkish to communicate. See you next year!!!

As a historic stone home lover, the hotel is an excellently renovated historic building. The rooms all have a nice touch as well as the bar/restaurant area. It is in the center of Foca beach area and has sun loungers and umbrellas for guests. Since it is right by the water, some of their rooms have sea view. The staff is kind and helpful and they try to make and keep you happy. I am looking forward to our next visit!

The location and structure of the hotel is very nice.
Family run and always on the job.
Especially the chef Gazi has a delicious hand.
The team is friendly and helpful.
The price benefit is quite reasonable.
Outdoors is very fun and the view is super.
The interior is spacious and its harmony with the bar is very high quality.
The breakfast was ample with a sprinkling and more.
The rooms are tastefully designed and you can't get enough of the view.
The bathroom smells of damp and there is a water leak. After every shower, the bathroom turns into a lake and it smells. Unfortunately, mold started in the corners.
There are no mini fridges in the rooms. There is no reason not to, both the space is available and the number of sockets is sufficient.

I stayed 3 nights. You can leave your room on the beach side of the hotel and swim in the sea in 1 minute. It has a smooth sea like coves, so it's great. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, we did not encounter any problems. The hotel is in a historical building, the rooms are carefully furnished, stone walls, wooden ceilings offer a pleasant environment. The employees are smiling and very interested. The breakfast is also very good, with plenty of variety and delicious. Due to its location, the hotel receives live music sounds from the surrounding bars and cafes until 12 at night. There is digiturk in the rooms, which is a nice plus for those who love TV. As a shortcoming, I think there is no minibar in every room, I think it should be. In general, a hotel where you can leave satisfied.

They had no hot water, and the Jacuzzi was not working... We complained about it and waited hours to get fixed and it never did. We had to check out the same evening without spending the night and we gut the refund. The hotel is super nice and beautiful though.

We stayed at this hotel for our friends wedding. The experience was lovely. All the staff were friendly and helpful, they even let us check in early. The rooms were spacious and clean, with towels and hygiene products provided. The location was lovely, very close to the beach, we could just walk to the beach with our flip flops on. Their breakfast was amazing, with a touch of Turkish specialities, fresh fruit and veggies and bread. When asked, they even gave me juice that was not originally in the breakfast menu. The view from the terrace was also lovely. All rooms have AC and there is WiFi provided throughout the property. At the end of the stay, we got a beer opener as a thank you gift. Highly recommend!

Kaldigim en iyi yerlerden biri, kesinlikle oneririm. Sahipleri harika insanlar. Yeni focada bir dugunden sonra kalmaya gelmistik, odamizi gullerle suslemisler, bir suru kucuk jest dusunmusler. They also decorated our room with roses, folded towels like swans making a heart, hotel has a nice sea view and very convenient location overall, wifi is also fast. Would absolutely recommend, price difference is well worth the service, cleanness and amazing staff they have.

While a bit pricier than some, the experience of this hotel is quite positive. It begins with high quality interactions with the staff who appear to genuinely care about the well-being of their customers. Really nice folks. Moreover their clean rooms are super cozy. The air conditioning works and the beds are comfortable. Finally, their rooftop restaurant has great views of the sea and their Turkish breakfast is a delight.

Nothing to complain about here. Great staff, room big and clean. Price good. Location: on the side of the water. The rooftop terrace for the breakfast with a view was a nice plus to our stay
