We choose for one night when we on the way to batumi. Good location helpfull people

Two years ago, I have stayed in this hotel during business trip. Because of value for money at that time we decided to stay here during our vacation. Nothing has chanced and even get more better. The car park entrance has been modified and saver now. Overall, definitely a value for money hotel.

Although the hotel provided a satisfactory experience overall, the room was merely okay. While it met basic needs, it lacked the charm or comfort expected from a higher-end establishment. The amenities were functional but not exceptional, and the decor felt outdated. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

Location is great. Clean and comfortable. Staff very kind and helpfull.

I had a wonderful stay at Mehmet Efendi Konağı! The place feels very cozy and full of character, traditional yet comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, always ready to help with a smile, and made me feel truly welcome. The view over Akçaabat is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset, you can just sit outside and enjoy the calm atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious...

We spent 4 nights in the Konak. The reservation was misleading at the beginning, we started off in the extended accommodation part which was really unpleasant..But they moved us to the suite the next day..which was perfect.. Ottoman style, very comfortable. Staff were lovely. Very accommodating and keen to please. Thank you all for making our stay very pleasant.

We stayed for 4 days and honestly, they were some of the best days ever. The place was amazing in every way cozy, clean, and had a beautiful vibe. The staff were super nice and respectful, especially Haider and Ahmed. They’re young but full of energy and kindness, and we just loved how they treated us. Since we’re Arabs, it was also really nice to be welcomed by a sweet Iraqi girl at the reception...

Mr.Yığıt, the night shift staff, was incredibly kind and helpful! We had an issue with the AC leaking onto the bed, and he immediately changed the sheets and did his best to help us, even though it was late. His colleague Mr.Ahmet was also very supportive and kind. It was a mid-range stay. The hotel is at the end of a narrow street. The best part is the breakfast room on the top floor with a sea view. The service is passable. Our needs were met. There were no problems. The reception was attentive. The breakfast selection was limited but inadequate. The cleanliness is good. The rooms are passable. The bathroom is good. It's a mid-range hotel with good accommodations

Just to spend the night, and then alone without children. We booked a family room (4 people), the result: 3 beds and 1 broken folding bed. The pillows were such that in the morning it was impossible to turn your neck, as if bricks were put in the pillowcase. When booking, it was indicated: check-out at 23:30. When checking in, they did not tell us about the check-out rules. In the morning, we leisurely...

You will have a good stay and near to the services Location is really good and near from services, souq or beach. Staff are friendly.

Staff was absolutely un friendly. Did not cheer or welcomed at all. Had confusion over my booking and were sort of fighting among themselves. Did not brief about any thing. Room was not properly flean terrace was badly managed andvhad black strains. Breakfast was below average. For a family with 3vkids they did not even offer sufficient beds. Overall a below average stay promarily due lacking facility...

I loved the place the staff are very nice especially the receptionist mr Usama and Ayham they made the experience more fun and more comfortable the view is fantastic only problem if you go at night time and follow google maps path you will end up at blocked roads but there are signs on the junction which are helpful but the owner would come halfway if you cannot find the way just contact them.

Every thing was on the point 😍 I will be back again

The scenery was magnificent. Being surrounded by green hills and mountains with the clouds close to you was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient. The staff were really kind and helpful. They tried to resolve any issues immediately. Special thanks to Yaqoub, Mamdouh and Usama for their great help with my luggage issue which saved me lots of money. .

Fantastic high elevated location where u can see the whole city and Black Sea and still enjoy the green spring nature. The half ring shape restaurant gives you great experience. Excellent place to be away from the city noise and enjoy the nature. Don't miss out the back side of it. P.S. They have many sitting places where can barbecue and chill.
