Reviews
I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this hotel to ensure others do not make the same mistake. While I must acknowledge the kind and helpful personnel, the vast disparity between the advertised amenities and the reality of our stay was truly appalling. Here are the undeniable facts:
We booked the so-called "suite" 500 for three nights, accommodating two adults and three children. Without exaggeration, this has been the most abysmal accommodation we have encountered in a very long time. To label it a "suite" is an insult to the concept of a basic room, especially considering our extensive experience staying in suites, even in bustling tourist destinations like Antalya.
Prepare yourself for the following disappointments:
1. Access to the "suite" involves taking an elevator to the 4th floor and then navigating a treacherously narrow staircase—a feat akin to bear climbing.
2. Inside the suite, we were greeted by a complete absence of chairs, except for two outdoor chairs that were utterly filthy.
3. There was no dining table indoors, just a broken and unsanitary outdoor table.
4. Surprisingly, there were no cutlery or plates provided.
5. The stove was non-functional, rendering any basic cooking endeavors futile.
6. A notable absence of a paper roll in the kitchen area further highlighted the disregard for basic amenities.
7. Instead of a proper refrigerator, the "suite" has a small leaking mini-bar—an insufficient substitute for a regular suite.
8. The shower was not only slippery and dangerous but also poorly designed, as the floor was not appropriately leveled. Even a small accumulation of water posed a severe risk of injury, making it a hazard for unsuspecting guests to enter the shower and potentially break their limbs or hips.
9. Adding insult to injury, the shower exhibited black mold, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness.
10. The bathroom door failed to close unless locked, as evidenced by an unfinished construction flaw on the hinge side. It is incredulous that such a defect is deemed acceptable for a supposed "suite."
11. Out of the four hangers provided, two were broken, one functional, and the other appeared to be taken from the owner's personnel wardrobe.
12. The motion detector light in the entrance was non-functional, despite the sensor being on, leaving us in darkness due to missing light bulbs.
13. The motion detector light in the staircase continuously flickered on and off every few seconds, revealing cheap and unreliable equipment more sensitive to sound than motion.
14. The lighting throughout the suite was exceptionally dim, akin to camping lights, leaving us to regret not bringing our own.
15. And if it matters to anyone, there was no safe in the "suite".
Clearly, the owner's strategy revolves around haphazardly converting an attic into a so-called "suite" to exploit tourists.
In summary, this establishment is nothing short of a complete rip-off. Spare yourself the disappointment and seek accommodation elsewhere.
clineless - old rasor with somebody hair in the shower, shower is super liking, and shower drain hole was clogged.
kitchen. there weren't any of stuff. 2 cups and a kettle. not even a few plates or something for cooking.
check-in. I booked by Airbnb, why I should find and provide my passport data?! This
Noise!!! I hear every step near the room, neighbor's TV and every elevator open/closing.
Pet friendly. if you set this mark you have to understand that dogs can playing, barking, etc when owners is out of the room. their nature is protect the place. Moreover, it's been in the evening, not in late night!
You SHOULD think about what are you writing and how did you do that. Caps lock shouldn't be at ANY reason!
overall, ok place for 1 night, but not more.
