Basically it’s not suitable for family to stay in this hotel , its far from everything and the rating 4.4 given by others is far from the truth . It’s only one star hotel . Don’t believe the photos and vedio , the only good thing is the view of the river

This hotel didn’t meet the expectations at all. The rooms were way below average, a room had cigarette smell and no room has ACs even though the weather was hot. Also people advised us to go to ayder because it’s nice, the hotel had no surroundings at all. So, it’s pretty much just the view with nothing. Overall very bad, we left the hotel without after checking in right away. I don’t recommend at all. Bad area, bad hotel.

Unfortunately the hotel below than my expectations , I payed over 200 $ for one night, first of all I felt that they treat people based on race, I booked suit , they give me one in the 1st floor where they could give me a better one, I asked why 1st floor they said suits only in first floor !!! They lied to me. Second first night was horrible, after noon suddenly we notice a heavy smoke comes to our room with bad smell, we told them, they say sorry we will try to fix the problem and clean the room, so we hang out, after about 4 hours we came back , they still fixing problem , we waited for an hour in the lobby after that , they said your room is ready.
So we went up, before sleeping about 11:45 thanks Allah, I noticed the smoke comes again through door!!
I called them , they said all what we can do is give you a standard room for the night until we fix the problem!! I told them but I paid for a suit , they said we will compensate you!!!
Second night we went back to our room
No smoke but smell still existed, we asked for a cleaning.
On check out they didn't compensate me , and nothing!!!!!!
All what I can say is this place is overrated.
not deserve what I pay for!!!
I will never recommend it to any one, and I will rise my problem to booking until get my money back.

good hotel with nice view across the river , but service could be better and rooms too, the rooms are not organized well . no lift to take you to the second floor.

we were there for honeymoon , everything was perfect ..the view ,the food , the service ..i tried other hotels in ayder but Haşimoğlu hotel is the best , i strongly recommand.

Not sure why this is listed as Hotel Overnights, this is the hotel Hasimoglu. Great place to stay in Ayder. Situated right on the Karvan Creek. Friendly staff and room had a balcony.

One of the worst customer service i've seen in my life, they don't respect their customers. What happened to us is that we had a reservation for a standard room already paid for cash before checking in, and when we arrived to the hotel in the middle of the night, we figured that they moved us to another hotel without our permission because their rooms are full!!! And they kept telling us that they informed the office that did the reservation for us, but what actually happened is, when they saw us at the hotel, they've sent a letter to the office, thinking we are stupid and we won't check the timing??.

Very nice view but it has very very small rooms, you can just sit on bed and enter 1x1 m bathroom, but outside is amazing, so you just spend night and go

DID NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST IN THE ROOM RATE THAT I PAID CASH IN ADVANCE. Fire alarm went off 2:12 at night. Declared later that it was the smoke build up at the furnice room. TV message :" no signal". I found only snobby people looking at me with a lausy smile. Had to leave the room key to an empty reception desk! Nobody to check me out or care. Well if you're not taking the business serious NO NEED TO KEEP THE PLACE OPEN. NEVER AGAIN. FRUSTRATED.
