It was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. We were amazed by the staff, the service, and especially the view. I can stay there without getting bored.

We have requested to change our room and the receptionist responded in a nice way and fulfil our needs. The weather was amazing, but your jacket just in case it rains. Nice staff, awesome view, great atmosphere. It’s highly recommended place.

The hotel is on a hill and transportation is difficult for older people because you have to walk up. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean enough. The thing I didn't like the most was that they tried to get a price difference by offering a different room. I think it was an unethical and cheap behavior.

First and foremost, i would not recomment the hotel for elderly people or anyone who has leg/back problems. The only way to the hotel is hiking up a steep hill, and then walking up the never ending stairs until finally reaching the reception. After that there is an elevator that reaches the second floor, and if the second elevator is not working like in our case, and your room is above the 2nd floor...

The location of the hotel and the parking lot are great and the room facilities are also good, but I deducted points for the cleanliness of the room. My stay at Villa de Pelit was truly unforgettable. The food was absolutely amazing — full of flavor and clearly made with care. This is the place to be for tourists looking to hike te mountains. Nadir is an experienced mountain guide who will surely help you find the best route and advice on weather conditions etc. We stayed with Nadir for one night and already became friends.

Kardelen Bungalow is definitely the best place to stay in Ayder. It is perfectly located away from the busy tourist area so you can really appreciate the quiet and the views. I stopped by here to eat and the local food they prepared for me was very delicious and nicely made. It's very cosy, traditional and nicely decorated inside, good place to relax for a while and I loved the retro Turkish music they were playing. The owners are also very lovely and were a pleasure to talk to :)

The hotel's location and view were truly beautiful. I also found the food and desserts quite adequate and satisfying. I never had any problems with hot water. I definitely recommend staying here. The only downside was that the water flowing beside the hotel made noise, but this didn't bother us much; on the contrary, I personally found it pleasant to fall asleep to the sound of the water.
