Stayed for 2 nights, no room cleaning or water replenishment. Breakfast very basic. Service almost non existent. Room was clean though and hot water available.

Old fashioned hotel, equipped with sauna, swimming pool, restaurant, massage point. Restaurant deserves a lot for dinner, meat tends to be on the well done side. Impeccable service by waiters, laundry significantly cheap but honest and fast.

The hotel/interior is somewhat old-fashioned (but I also secretly like this a bit) and is generally well maintained, cleaning could perhaps be a little better. What struck me most is that there is absolutely no practical information in the room, regarding what to do in case of an emergency and something as simple as, for example, the breakfast/dinner times and opening times of the swimming pools....

Clean hotel with swimming pool and hamam. Breakfast including. Wifi not working but no problem. I recommend this hotel for everyone. Bus stops outside the hotel and easy to travel everywhere.

They were very attentive and lovely, the rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel was in a great location, we were very pleased, even the atmosphere was peaceful.

I couldn't understand why people who gave bad rating to this hotel did it. In order not to take any risks, we decided to come without a reservation and visit the hotel pool and beach, now I am still staying at the hotel. Little far from city center but really a good quality hotel. Breakfast was rich and nice. And closed air pool was a big plus for a winter visitors like us:)

We tried the restaurant. The food is great, especially the black sea whiting. It was delicious. The staff, their attention, the place, the live music were great. We were very pleased. Although it is difficult to provide such satisfaction in a small place, you provide it. We will come again, we recommend it highly.

This is a lovely location next to the Black Sea. The town is very friendly and has a great boardwalk.

Nice hotel right at the beach but the service is not professional at all. Though there are many people around it seems like only one of them is doing something. And don't eat at their restaurant. Overpriced and bad service.

A bit old but good enough for a short trip

A very nice view of black see from this hotel which located on the very stiff rocky mountain ends to the seashore with lots of boats. All I like is there mountain, woods and sea with boats. It just takes two hours by car from Istanbul.

Most beautiful mosque I’ve seen in Turkey and it’s been build with a beautiful engineering structure. The location is near the Black SeaCoast.

The hotel is a place we have preferred before and has a nice location. It has been waiting for renovation for years but nothing has been done so far, it is as if it has been left to rot... We think everything from the furniture in the rooms to the linens used should be reviewed, I hope these are taken into consideration and it reaches its former performance.

The view was beautiful, calm and the rooms were clean, we were kept waiting for an hour at the first entrance, apart from that, the breakfast was just as good, I recommend it.

We really haven't stayed in such a wonderful place for a long time. My wife and I were very impressed with the view, the atmosphere and the staff. We left the hotel happily, saying that if we go to Akçakoca again, we will stay here again.

Beautiful views with excellent breakfast location and views. They also served a wide variety of food. Amazing gym with a solid selection of equipment that also was spacious. Overall, some attention to detail was missing as our bathroom door was broken, therefore could not be closed. The shampoo bottle was empty and fell off the wall. The body wash bottle contained conditioner.

We were so impressed with the sea view- not to mention the friendly staff and good service we received. The supper was delicious. They make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive till you leave. The only downfall is the steps going to the hotel from the parking lot. It is quite a lot of steps. But worth the view.... you get from the hotel.

This hotel is very old but clean and quite with breathtaking see view! I gave 3 stars because doesn’t have elevator and has many steps! But special thanks to receptionist mr. Racab . For excellent customer service, he was very friendly and helpful to us and such a great customer support!
