Really nice hotel. Excelent location, close to everything. Rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurant with good menu, drinks and foods are very well prepared, waiters are polite. Reception people are nice and very professional.

Beautiful views with excellent breakfast location and views. They also served a wide variety of food. Amazing gym with a solid selection of equipment that also was spacious. Overall, some attention to detail was missing as our bathroom door was broken, therefore could not be closed. The shampoo bottle was empty and fell off the wall. The body wash bottle contained conditioner.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. I really liked the unobtrusiveness and culture of the staff. The restaurant is simply excellent. Very detailed cleaning, every day. Now when I come to this city, I will plan my vacation only at Dedeman otel💖

A wonderful hotel for lovers of luxury living and high quality service. The rooms are in good condition, the location of the hotel is also convenient. I used the parking lot for my car right in front of the entrance (there were always free spaces). The men clean the rooms. Breakfast is on the top floor, where during or after a meal you can just go out onto the roof, sit, drink tea or coffee and admire the sea. The food is varied and mostly healthy! If the windows of the room overlook the inside of the building, then there will be no view. Therefore, if you have a choice, then choose a room with a view of the sea or the street. Since the city is a mining town, there are a lot of paintings printed on canvas with a mining theme. There are also many photos of the birth of coal mining in Zonguldak. There is a shopping mall and a supermarket next to the hotel. Very convenient. If the price suits you, then the hotel as a whole should be to your liking! A big anthill!)

I stayed with my family for two nights and it was a great experience especially for my children every thing was perfect from hygiene services food location and staff especially Sibel Hanım in the reception.
