Where to stay in Safranbolu

It has been a quite comfortable stay here for 2 nights, nice stuff and historical sight seeing place. Ms.Filiz was kind and cautious for room cleaning, giving clean cups and water etc and make client feel at home. would definately stay here if i come here again in future.

The location is quite good , and it’s close to tourist attractions, making it a good hotel. However, the facilities outside the room felt a bit lacking for us. The restaurant or café inside would be better. Overall, everything was good, and there’s definitely nothing to complain about.

This is a good hotel for a stay in Safranbolu, but they have missed the point of room numbering! On the 2nd floor rooms between 215-255 are out of order. Our room 234 was not between 233 & 235, but placed after 240. As tired travelers we were confused by this strange placement so we asked the staff for help, but they did not take us seriously and snickered while guiding us to our room. Poor hospitality...

The location and conditions of the hotel were good. We stayed for 2 adults + 2 children at a very good price-performance rate. Only the pool was closed when we visited, even though it was summer. Other than that, everything was pretty good.

We went with Escan tour. We were very pleased with the cleaning, restaurant and staff service. There was live music. I recommend it to those who want to go. The visuality of the hotel is very nice, the breakfast is adequate, we liked that the rooms are spacious and have a balcony.

The location is central. The welcoming staff are friendly and do their job well. Generally, cars are parked on the street in front of the hotel, if it is full, there is a private parking lot opposite the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but there was a bit of a cigarette smell in the room, other than that it was good, the breakfast was satisfying.

It's in a good location, close to the square and parking area. The owners are attentive. There's no breakfast, so we only used it for sleeping. It's a 3-star hotel. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. Three of us stayed in one room for 2500 TL, so that's 833 TL per person per night. It's a good choice depending on your budget.

My wife and two children stayed for three nights during the holiday. It's a historic mansion, and we felt right at home. The owner, Cemil Bey, was very helpful in every way. It's a 5-minute walk from the center. I thank him and recommend Avcioğlu to anyone looking for a central, hygienic place to stay.

It is a very nice hotel for the price, I was very satisfied. However, spiders made webs in the corners of the rooms and they were trying to hunt alive. :D If attention is paid to this during cleaning, everything will be wonderful. I will definitely choose it again in my next stay.

The location is very nice, next to the city history museum, so you can start your tour of Safranbolu from here and finish down to the historical bazaar. Stumbled across this restaurant by chance, which turned out to be an experience of a lifetime. We were served loads of different traditional Turkish cuisine. The food was outstanding, bursting with flavours. Above all, the hosts were exceptionally friendly and hospitable.

It's a beautiful place with its historical appearance, structure, and garden. The rooms are very hot. The fan doesn't cool the room. We can't open the windows, and flies keep getting in. Akbulut Konak is a beautiful old Ottoman house set in its own peaceful garden just far enough out of the old town but still walkable. The host is extremely attentive and helpful. Safranbolu is a gorgeous historic town and you would not find a more lovely place to stay than Dadibra Konak. It is a historic Ottoman house that has been lovingly restored. The owners are warm and welcoming and you will experience true Turkush hospitality.
