A nice konak guesthouse on a quiet street but not far from the historic center.

The Konak is extremely well kept and renovated to keep the original form. Guest can really see and few how locals used to live in these places.

The host Nurettin bey is very friendly and helpful. This is his family business so you can really feel his hospitality.

This would be very suitable for a group of friends to visit Safranbolu for a night or two.

The place is also enjoying is proximity to all the attractions but also have a good enough distance to avoid noise. We park in front of the Konak and walked all over the old town without any problems.

On the way back, I thought about how all age groups could be satisfied with this place where we stayed for one night with my parents and children. The cleanliness, calmness, peaceful garden, excellent breakfast and most of all the warm hospitality of the owners made us feel as if we had gone and returned to our favorite relatives. Looking at the other comments, I wondered if it was far from the center, but I did not want to be in the middle of the bazaar; good thing it did. Because it is a very short distance to the bazaar by walking and your car can stay right in front of the mansion. One night's stay was not enough for us, but meeting again was a must :) .
