On arriving to check in i was immediately asked to pay an extra £25.00 , as their prices had increased since I'd made my booking.
I was asked again the following day and again as i was checking out !! I was polite
Yet told them in no uncertain terms that i had no intention of paying any extra charge.
I'd payed in advance back in November and that that was the end of the matter!

I stayed for one night. The property was in a good condition. The hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants. The female receptionist, whom, I dealt with, was very nice and helpful.

Shame on me. My wife and I were actually going to stay at this hotel. When we arrived, they said they didn't have any room, they'd send us to a better hotel. So, we went to the hotel they promised. There wasn't even air conditioning, and we sweated in the hot weather. I was not happy at all. I don't recommend it to anyone.

We chose Burcu Hotel as the hotel where we went to Tokat for the Oath Ceremony. Ms. Burcu helped in every way with her interest and concern. As for meals, breakfast and soup are served 24/7. You can choose it anyway, it's perfect

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the app we used was out of date. Ultimately, we didn't experience any problems, but it made us feel like we'd underpaid. The hotel's 24-hour soup and tea service is the best part. The location isn't bad either, very close to the clock tower. My main complaint is that the sheets weren't clean. They might have been washed, but there were hairs on them. There was a strong odor in the wardrobe. The detergent they used to clean the room also had a strong odor, which was disturbing. Because our room was above the fire escape, we couldn't open the window. If cleanliness was taken seriously, it could be a good choice based on price-performance.

Upon arrival they told us that the price of ********* was not updated and we had to add 9 euros for each day booked in total. 3. It doesn't seem serious to me.

I do not recommend you to stay in rooms without air conditioning and on the street in the summer. It is impossible to stay in the room during the daytime heat. If you open the window at night, you cannot sleep because of the sound of the car. I bought a fan. They keep the air-conditioned rooms empty, no matter how much you beg, I do not understand why they do this. It was empty, I saw it with my own eyes. I think they are doing electricity calculations. Every morning someone was trying to open the door of my room while I was sleeping. I think there is a communication problem between the reception and the staff.
