Good beds , a little hot but the overall is great
I have been there before during the day, I took students there to swim. I never knew it's such a wonderful place in the evening to have dinner, with a musical band easing the minds of people with cool music while they enjoy their meals. The staffs are also nice. The lady that was singing recognised the presence of foreigners and welcomed them.👏👏

The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. The hotel location is great. It is next to the farmer's market that take place every Sunday, and it close to restaurants and shopping area.
The hotel is about 15 minute walk from Tokat bus terminal (Otogar) . It is very accessible to the city center and sightseeing spots in the city. The room we stayed at doesn’t have an electric kettle, which was a bit disappointing. However, in general, we didn’t have any problems and stayed comfortably.

Employees number 10 are helpful in everything. Considering the price slap in general, very very affordable and clean rooms. We had no problems, would recommend.
Owners are very nice people. Rooms are cleaned daily. But the rooms are very bright at night. Because the curtains are white, all the street lights come in. It's almost like daylight... I don't think it's suitable for people who are useless in the light. This is an issue that needs urgent action.

The rooms are in good condition, but the heating situation is problematic. The rooms are cold. they have a friendly welcome, if they solve the heating situation, everything will be fine. (I went last year, it was cold last year)
Being directly at the bottom of the terminal, the location is very good, the walking distance to the hospital is 5 minutes, and the walking distance to the cafes street is 10 minutes.
