Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, wonderful service, and very helpful staff.

Some staff were very rude. I had to try the modern 4pm and didn't.

The hotel is located close to Trabzon (by car). The room had a sea view, a very quiet morning with birds singing👍the breakfast was good, there was parking for the car.

The view is beautiful, and the room is classic and its design is plain and somewhat old. Those who are interested in staying at a hotel, I advise them to book in the hotel, but for those who are interested in the beauty of the room and the beauty of the design, I do not recommend renting with them.

It was an excellent property with very friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay very much and certainly will visit again!! Food was amazing and service was excellent! I highly recommend this property.

Naslie was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during our meal. Her service really made our visit special.

The hotel is very nice, and the employees are incredibly sweet and helpful. My stay was very pleasant and lovely. The only comment I have is about the curtains in the room — I wish they were darker so I could sleep in a bit longer. Otherwise, it was a really great stay with a perfect location. There were some nice coffee shops around, and we enjoyed our evenings with delicious sweets.

They are so welcoming and caring ! The rooms are just ok it felt like I was in Saudi just like most other hotels in Yomra Trabzon all designed for mostly Arab tourists. We were the only Turkish ones staying in the hotel I guess 😅 The BREAKFAST was so so so amazing really great service everything Thank you very much ✨✨✨✨✨✨

It was excellent hotel. We stayed for 5nights and the reception lady was fantastic. The location is perfect near the mall and restaurants. Also there was a beautiful walk beside it. I'll come back again.

Although we booked a room with Sea view, through traveling app called “Expedia” it was supposed the have 301 sqft room and sofa with table, they provided us much smaller room and nothing big as shown in the photos, we complained they did changed the room for us same as described in the photos when earlier I booked but without sea view. Nice modern looking hotel. Location is 15 min away from the center by car. We had a ocean view on level 4 in the corner in november. Temp inside the room was hot. 26 degrees The windows where geting extreemly hot. The ac was not abel to cool down sinse the hotel has fixed ac modes depending on the season. Great stay at this hotel. Everything was well organised and the food was delicious 😋 The location is very close to public transportation. You can easily go to downtown for 22 lira per person. And there's a big supermarket right next to the hotel to pickup some snacks. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay at Sandal Otel. The location is perfect. Many stores, restaurants only 2 to 5 minutes away from the Otel. You will enjoy the swimming pool, clean and good size.

Actually the room was good, reception guy was perfect, but the house keeping service was really bad, you can say it's a furnished apartments but not a hotel because they clean almost every 3 days.

I stayed there with my family and we took a suite room. The room was generally good and its spaciousness was excellent, but in terms of the facilities, it was not good. The rooms need more cleaning and more maintenance. Also, the location of the hotel is annoying as it overlooks the street. The staff was good and flexible.

Clean suites and good restaurant. They are following good precautionary procedures. It has a good location although a noisy because of the main street.

I got 2-bedroom flat, the flat is spacious has 2 bathrooms and it is clean and new. Some staff are nice some are not. However, the rate is expensive compared to the services you receive. It's not usually easy to communicate with the receptionist as there is no English/arabic speaker all the time. It's even harder at night.
