I stayed with my family for two nights and it was a great experience especially for my children every thing was perfect from hygiene services food location and staff especially Sibel Hanım in the reception. I thank the personnel and the management of the hotel for their hospitality and service.
Really nice hotel. Excelent location, close to everything. Rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurant with good menu, drinks and foods are very well prepared, waiters are polite. Reception people are nice and very professional.

A good way to relax after a long drive
Good for stay. View is good. Breakfast is good. Rooms are good. You should use stairs to reach the hotel.
We planned a trip Ankara-Safranbolu-Zonguldak and stayed in Babizer hotel for 3 nights. I can't say I fell in love with the city as the hotel was so beautiful that we decided not to go out much haha. This place has two locations in google maps. In general we got the first one then drove fifty minutes to get the real location.it seems that it is moved. Rooms were wide, beautiful and clean. Breakfast was very good. Service was super specialy from Lubna. She was great welcoming and absorbed our angry . Note . This is the real location.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean but no AC, mosquito net was ripped so we got bitten all over and couldn’t sleep because of itching. Mattresses are not comfortable, expect back ache in the morning. Also, toilet started to leak, and when train passed by building was shaking. Breakfast was ok. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it unless they make improvements.

We stayed for three nights. The people are friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was well organised and good. The only thing missing was air-conditioning. The ventilator in the room was not enough. It is very hard to park your car. There is a parking garage, but you have to pay to park there. Zonguldak it self is not very pretty and interesting.
