Beautiful views with excellent breakfast location and views. They also served a wide variety of food. Amazing gym with a solid selection of equipment that also was spacious. Overall, some attention to detail was missing as our bathroom door was broken, therefore could not be closed. The shampoo bottle was empty and fell off the wall. The body wash bottle contained conditioner.

I stayed with my family for two nights and it was a great experience especially for my children every thing was perfect from hygiene services food location and staff especially Sibel Hanım in the reception. I thank the personnel and the management of the hotel for their hospitality and service.

Amazing! The best in turkey. The beds and the pillows are so comfortable. It is in the middle of the market area and everything you need is near. We stayed for two weeks around Turkey in different hotes and this is 5 star hotel

We planned a trip Ankara-Safranbolu-Zonguldak and stayed in Babizer hotel for 3 nights. I can't say I fell in love with the city as the hotel was so beautiful that we decided not to go out much haha. Mum said "I am in paradise". There is a beach 10 min on foot away. This beach is well-organized, there are chaise longues, changing rooms, showers, tables and a cafe there. We were treated with free coffee...

good sea view , didn't like the served drinks there, looks quite expensive

The most organized and comfortable hotel I have stayed in recently, the friends at the reception are interested and relevant, the breakfast is very good in the morning.

The rooms are so clean and quiet there isn't any noise and it's not crowded.. The morning breakfast was good too and yummy.. The hotel has good view and it's between the mountains so the place is good and prices are very reasonable 👌👌👌

Stayed for 2 nights, no room cleaning or water replenishment. Breakfast very basic. Service almost non existent. Room was clean though and hot water available.

Old fashioned hotel, equipped with sauna, swimming pool, restaurant, massage point. Restaurant deserves a lot for dinner, meat tends to be on the well done side. Impeccable service by waiters, laundry significantly cheap but honest and fast.

The hotel/interior is somewhat old-fashioned (but I also secretly like this a bit) and is generally well maintained, cleaning could perhaps be a little better. What struck me most is that there is absolutely no practical information in the room, regarding what to do in case of an emergency and something as simple as, for example, the breakfast/dinner times and opening times of the swimming pools....

Clean hotel with swimming pool and hamam. Breakfast including. Wifi not working but no problem. I recommend this hotel for everyone. Bus stops outside the hotel and easy to travel everywhere.
