Very nice staff, fine room, convenient location

The hotel was nice, only the toilet was unnecessarily small and the toilet bowl was mounted too high and didn't get any air. Other than that, there were no problems.

The infrastructure of rooms is outdated.

The hotel is a boutique wood market house. We stayed on the roof floor as a family room. It was sufficient in terms of cleanliness and comfort. However, the room can sometimes smell from the ventilation. The staff is friendly. I recommend it. If I come again, I can stay at this hotel again. I did not have any problems with parking. It is possible to find parking or available places around it.

The hotel looks like a nice, clean historical mansion from the outside, but since there are no windows in the room, it looks a bit like a prison.

We were satisfied We stayed for 3 days. It is centrally located in Odunpazarı. It is a boutique hotel with 5 rooms. We stayed in a two-room attic. Our room was clean. There is only a smell in the bathroom that is not very disturbing. The air conditioner cools well. The toilet and sink faucet are positioned a little high for some reason that I do not understand. The shower cabin is a little narrow....

It's a very good and clean place, furnished nicely. Rooms are big and tidy. Prices are a little bit higher than the others but it is cleaner and nearer to the city center. Breakfast is standard, not magnificent, but ok. You can walk from this historical building to everywhere, that's the best part.

If you are visiting Eskişehir, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The location is very nice, people who work here are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Also, the place is very unique as it is 200 years old konak.

I look at these reviews and I think, wow, did people do their research before they stayed here? I wanted an old boutique hotel in Eskisehir. I didnt want it to feel like I was staying in a hotel. Do the floors creak? Yes Is it old? Yes, it is refurbished old townhouse. But, it is beyond cute. The aesthetics, i felt like i was back in my grandmothers house. Pros: amazing breakfast! Location is great. Parking nearby. Nice building. Comfortable bed Cons: incredibly loud.floors creaking from upstairs and your own room. Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also.

Pro: Very good comfortable bed. Good location. Friendly staff. Large free parking lot 2 min walk away. Clean room. Beautiful building and decor. Great breakfast, made fresh for each guest. Con: very loud. Floor boards creak and busy outside when on 1st floor you can hear everything. Shower did not drain and the shower head was broken. Room was large but very cramped.

Great Hotel in Eskisehir! I stay there very often in my work trips and the rooms are comfortable, breakfast is very generous and with plenty of options. For me it is the best option there. You can also find some grocerie shops around and the pub serves excellent quick food & beverages! Worthy knowing!

My room was very clean and organized, with very comfortable beds, plenty of space, both bathroom and sleeping/ dinette area. My room had a stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. I was here for vacation with my fiance and chose this hotel for its spot and pictures but the pictures don’t even give it justice. Rooms were spacious and clean, the rooms service was nice and the staff there was very nice. Definitely recommend for everyone who’s looking for a nice stay around Eskişehir. Oh and it has its own parking space as well. Also a nice plus imo.

The kitchen sink was a little dirty, but everything else was fine. The location is good, with supermarkets and cafes nearby.

I came back to Eskisehir to get a new tattoo, and of course, I had to stay here again. I love the bright, clean rooms and the great art work all over the hostel. The location is perfect for exploring the city and close to the downtown core. The staff are very nice and helpful.
