Very nice staff, fine room, convenient location

The hotel was nice, only the toilet was unnecessarily small and the toilet bowl was mounted too high and didn't get any air. Other than that, there were no problems.

The hotel is a boutique wood market house. We stayed on the roof floor as a family room. It was sufficient in terms of cleanliness and comfort. However, the room can sometimes smell from the ventilation. The staff is friendly. I recommend it. If I come again, I can stay at this hotel again. I did not have any problems with parking. It is possible to find parking or available places around it.

The hotel looks like a nice, clean historical mansion from the outside, but since there are no windows in the room, it looks a bit like a prison.

We were satisfied
We stayed for 3 days. It is centrally located in Odunpazarı. It is a boutique hotel with 5 rooms. We stayed in a two-room attic. Our room was clean. There is only a smell in the bathroom that is not very disturbing. The air conditioner cools well. The toilet and sink faucet are positioned a little high for some reason that I do not understand. The shower cabin is a little narrow. The staff is friendly. There is no elevator. We were satisfied in general.

THE WELCOME COULD HAVE BEEN MORE FRIENDLY AND SINCERE. THERE IS NO PARKING LOT, BUT I THINK THAT PARKING SERVICE SHOULD BE PROVIDED BY AN AGREEMENT WITH THE PARKING LOT RIGHT ON THE BACK STREET. OTHER THAN THAT, IT CAN BE RECOMMENDED AS A CLEAN, QUIET, RELIABLE PLACE.

A small, cute, small-room boutique hotel with a clean and sufficient breakfast, moderate cleaning in a central location in Odunpazarı, Eskişehir, within walking distance to many places to visit in Eskişehir. There is no parking lot for the hotel, but there are two paid parking lots right on the back street. Overall, we were satisfied.

Very close to Odunpazar Evleri (3-4min walking) and in the same time quiet (as on a back street). The location is perfect, the service also. I really enjoy my stay there

Our shift started as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Since the rooms were not heated by central heating but by air conditioning, it was freezing cold when we entered our room. We turned on the air conditioning and waited for 1.5 hours for it to warm up. We turned the air conditioning down just before going to sleep, but what did we see? The sound did not stop. If we tried to sleep with the air conditioning turned off, we could not sleep because of the cold. If we tried to sleep with the air conditioning turned on, we could not sleep because of the noise. And as I said, we could not sleep. Although the bathroom was clean, the shampoo and soap pumps were broken. I struggled to take a shower and barely got shampoo. The only positive thing I can say was its cleanliness. There was a family with children upstairs. While we could not sleep in the early hours of the morning, the sounds of the children running around echoed in our minds because of the wooden floor. There can be better places to stay. I definitely do not recommend it.
