This was a really good place to have a holiday. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. The all-inclusive aspect of the hotel made it easy to just be here and rest, not having to worry about finding meals, and the food was really good and there was a lot of variety. There was a lot of entertainment at the hotel geared toward families and there were multiple activities for children all day...

We stayed for 4 nights with my mum 80years old. Everything swimming pool, spa,food, service was good. The guy at the door Ugur young gentlemen was very helpful and helpful I would like to give to this gentlemen a 5 star. We will definitely stay again.

The room is clean, wide. The hotel provides the option of half board with dinner included. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style and are rich and varied. The hotel has its own parking lot. We used the indoor pool which we enjoyed.

The room is clean, classy and the beds are comfy, the service team do not speak English which is a bit of a struggle, but using Translation Apps is the solution, the food is great. The day after my daughter's wedding, my wife and I stayed at the Başak Hotel for two days to relieve the wedding stress. We're so glad we did. We had two wonderful days. The pools were clean, the thermal water was excellent, the sauna and Turkish bath were clean, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the food and breakfast were varied and delicious. The hotel is good but there's no outside swimming pool, hot and warm baths at the hotel under ground. The springs water hot which can let you feel so good but it's better to go inside water slowly, there's warm swimming pool, Turkish hamam and small pool which collect hot water from springs.

Not bad ,good breakfast but denar not good

I came to Anadolu Hotels Esenboga Thermal with family last week. This hotel delivered beyond our expectations. We loved the thermal baths and spa. Mineral rich thermal pools and water temperature perfectly maintained, the atmopshere was divine. I’m going with my company I’m not paying anything. In my room don’t have WiFi that’s so bad. Foods are good and personal kind. And I’m so unlucky I can’t use thermal spa because in renovation. If you want to come here, check the price first and not so expensive you can try

The overall cleanliness was average, but the pillows smelled like they'd been used before and hadn't been changed. We couldn't find a pen or paper to take notes. The hotel had an old feel. The staff was polite and friendly.

Room seriously need refurbishing. The SPA is good and clean. I dont understand why Guest need to pay for the Aqua Park which is part of the same complex.
