Upon arrival we were told 15 -20 min wait which was understandable then I tipped the bell boy to bring our luggage from the car to the room.
A short time later we were informed that room was ready and we made our way up. 10-15 min waited in the room no sign of the luggage. So I called the reception and they said the luggage will arrive shortly. Still no sign so I went downstairs and collected myself.
When I raised this with reception during check out, I was told they must have been busy.
Housekeeping; very friendly helpful,
Spa, Saturday steam and sauna off at 20:00
During the opening hours, massive cleaning in the changing room, water everywhere
Sunday same again
Monday morning, sauna steam room completely off, building work on, people walking around smoking, massive managerial issues otherwise staff were very friendly
WiFi, we were up on the 6th floor, WiFi only worked if you stood by the door.
Saturday night, hotel had an iftar with a lot of people none hotel guest, with lots of kids running around very loud.
Another managerial failure they could have been let in, in a different entrance and keeping them away from the reception and sitting area.
We planned two days visit, first night we could not sit in the lounge area by the reception and enjoy our tea or coffee..
Spa was also hit and miss, they decided to do work during opening hours.
Such a disappointment, out of two days I only enjoyed two or three outs of my stay. I would definitely look for an alternative next time.

I expected relaxation, but this hotel is the opposite. Plastic plants everywhere try to cover the lifeless atmosphere, while worms hang from the ceiling in the corridors. The buffet food tasted like leftovers from yesterday clearly a way to cut costs
There are no real activities around so you’re stuck. The thermal water itself is good, but the moment you step outside the pool, the staff’s attitude brings stress right back….no sense of hospitality, no way to actually relax.
Management seems focused on lowering costs, not on guest experience. For foreign travelers, this place feels unwelcoming and careless. Definitely not worth it.

Update after hotel’s reply: They wrote polite words, but that’s all they were words. They offered me someone else or a refund, as if respect can be substituted or bought back. That completely misses the point.
My own experience stands: within the first minutes of a massage, employee >Gökhan acted disrespectfully. I reported it calmly, but nothing real was done. He remained at the spa reception, same attitude, same problem. That’s not resolution that’s management looking away.
I even left two days early despite already paying, because hospitality and respect were missing the foundation of any true five-star. The local managers here showed no authority, even the woman manager had to keep calling higher bosses instead of acting directly.
For fairness: Yusuf at reception was professional, spoke English, and helped. The cleaning ladies also worked hard and were respectful. But a few good staff cannot cover for a toxic spa dressed up with plastic plants and run by weak management.
To future guests: don’t be fooled by polished replies. The water here may be thermal, but the atmosphere is the opposite of relaxation. Respect cannot be replaced by words and until that changes, this is not a real 5star hotel.

I left this hotel two days early because of unprofessional staff and a toxic environment. Within the first minutes of a massage session, employee Gökhan acted disrespectfully. I reported it calmly, but nothing was done. He still sits at the spa reception, continuing the same behavior.
The local managers have no authority. Even the woman manager had to call higher bosses instead of acting directly. It’s also obvious the staff are underpaid and unmotivated, which shows in their behavior. Management doesn’t care about professionalism or respect, only about keeping the business running at the lowest cost.

Öncelikle yol güzergahım olarak düşünülerek bir günlük güzel bir dinlenme ve tatili yapmak istedim kızımla. Rezervasyon birimine ulaşmak 34 dakikamı aldı. Bakan yok. Giriş saatinden birkaç saat önce olacağım dediğimde yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar bunun için teşekkür ederim.
Ancak termal havuz çok çok kirliydi. İnsanların vücut kirleri suyun üzerlerinde geziyordu. Kimse bakmıyor. Bayan havuzu da öyle.
Yemek salonunda kara sinekler tatlıların, salataların vs herşeyin üzerinde .
Oda içinde aynı. Kızım sinek kovalamaktan uyuyamadı.
Geçmiş yıllarda 3-4 kez severek gittiğim bir yerdi.
Bu haliyle artık gitmem.

This was a really good place to have a holiday. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. The all-inclusive aspect of the hotel made it easy to just be here and rest, not having to worry about finding meals, and the food was really good and there was a lot of variety.
There was a lot of entertainment at the hotel geared toward families and there were multiple activities for children all day long: swimming and water slides, a children’s trampoline and soft-play area, and nightly children’s programs helped to keep younger guests entertained.
For older guests, swimming, the thermal pool, hiking in the nearby forest, the spas, and a small gym provided ample activities.
For those traveling who may have forgotten something (or not realized the needed it), there is a small store in the hotel that has a wide variety of items, from Islamic-appropriate swim wear to sunscreen and snacks.
The only complaint I might have is the air conditioning seemed to work great during the day but less great at night, and the room temperature during the night was quite a bit warmer than during the day, making sleeping not as comfortable as it could have been. That’s the only reason the rooms get 4 instead of 5 stars. Otherwise, the rooms were spacious and clean and the beds themselves were comfortable.
Would definitely return for another holiday.

Mr. Yiğit, the physiotherapist, was excellent, I suffered a strong pain during hiking, which forced me to return to the hotel immediately
