Everything was great, it had a great location, there was no noise on Cumhuriyet Street, and only the second floor did not have an air conditioner, and we were satisfied.

Perfect service and hotel but take care about breakfast

Believe me it's not 4 str hotel! In the best way it can get 3 str. Rooms did not clean properly. After checked in we recognised there are not enough towel and shampoo for 2 ppl. l guess they forgot to put mineral water in fridge too. They provided upon our daily request.

Staff did not wear mask at all. Also they are not able to speak English!
Between the staff there was a guy if I'm not wrong his name was Adem he was so friendly and helpful.

We spent three nights here and enjoyed it a lot. The personnel was very friendly and willing to help. They helped us park our car and print something we needed urgently. The room was very clean and was cleaned carefully everyday. The washing service was also of high quality. In general it was great value for money.

Stayed here for a night with my friend after a disappointing experience at the Hilton outside of town. In terms of location, quality, and overall value this is honestly a much better option for a vastly better price. The hotel is quite new, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The front desk manager was really friendly and spoke enough English for us to communicate. Highly recommend!
