⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience at Royal Berk Hotel
The reception staff was extremely helpful, especially Mr. Mesut, who went above and beyond to assist me in arranging a comfortable and safe return trip for my parents. His support made a big difference, and as long as he is managing this hotel, I know I can trust the quality of service.
Other staff members were also incredibly kind and professional. Many of them speak Farsi, which is a huge advantage for Iranian guests and made communication much easier.
The breakfast was excellent—fresh, tasty, and with a good variety.
Rooms were spotless and completely odor-free, which made our stay very pleasant.
Air conditioning was available and worked well, which is definitely important during the hot summer months.
Having stayed in other hotels in the region, I can say with confidence that this one truly earns its 5-star rating. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this hotel for four nights and everything was perfect. Especially the staff were always available and helpful. Free tea all day long ...

I stayed in this hotel about a year ago. Good breakfast. Everything was fine. Only the room refrigerator smelled very bad and it was useless.

nice hotel. staff are nice, they know both persian and turkish, breakfast is good and the rooms are comfortable. the only problem was the wifi, it kept disconnecting.

One of the weakest hotels in a touristic city
The personnel not even familiar with English or even Persian
Breakfast was acceptable.Access to the city center was good.The toilets and bathrooms were very dirty and unprincipled.On purpose they turned off the cooling systems and said it was broken.Only during the specified hours and privacy of the hotel the cooler was turned on.

It is located very centrally, yet it was pretty quiet all the time we stayed there. The breakfasts were splendid - in a manner typical for Van. The staff was friendly and helpful, even if they could not say a word of English. Recommended if you are looking for a well run local independent hotel.

i was ran out of options in that time ...
first of all it was 3 star hotel...
then the breakfast was awful no options just local halva and cold food no warm food and you have to stick with cheese and bread and tea ... i all the time went to burger king to eat sth...
then the appearance of hotel is good but the other thing was horrible ...
oh god the Internet was so poor and you can not check your Instagram the staff can not speak English... in the end i will give it 2 out of 5

It's rooms are big and comfortable. The staff know English and Persian. They have a wonderful breakfast and the hotel is close to everywhere

This is what remained of a so called hotel, not clean, almost every tap leaks, and air condition works only from 7PM till 7AM!! Breakfast is far below average and safe does not work!!
