The bedding was nice, and the room was a good size. Facing the sea and able to see the sunrise was fantastic. However, all toiletries were chargeable, and the kettle wasn't clean. Most importantly, the breakfast was definitely not worth it.

Going and staying without a car is a bit of a hassle, it is impossible to find even a market or grocery store around. The sea is not very accessible as a beach, it has a nice small pool, but it is debatable whether the facility is suitable for the purpose of the holiday. Owners are good, but the facility and location are a bit poor unfortunately.

It is 7 km away from Gallipoli, 500 meters from the sea with a quiet pool, at the foot of the new bridge, but I guess you can't enter the sea from there.

Renovated but not at all clean

I came for business and stayed for almost 20 days. The rooms were spacious and airy, and the service was excellent. Thank you for making us feel at home. You deserve a 10 out of 10, not just a 5. Thank you for everything.

The price-performance ratio is excellent. Everything is so ridiculously expensive these days that when we find something even slightly more reasonable, we hesitate. But this hotel was extremely clean and exactly what we were looking for.

Clean, quiet, helpful and nice breakfast

We stayed at a daily discount of 650tl. The hotel is a bit old but the furnishings were clean. Breakfast variety is less but hygienic. the room is large. The hotel is quiet because there is no crowd. The staff is respectful. I advise.

We gladly left the Engin Hotel where we stayed on August 20. The warm welcome at the entrance, the cleanliness of the hotel and the size of the room were positive aspects for us. In terms of location, it was a hotel that we would prefer again in terms of its proximity to many beaches and the city center. Since we did not have breakfast and dinner at the hotel, I cannot comment on the cuisine.

Price-service performance is successful, clean environment, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, location suitable for the sea center. Breakfast should be a little richer. It should be added such as pastry, bagel, and/or omelet menemen, such as pastry.

This is a great hotel located just at the entrance of Hamzaköy, which is one of the first villages entering Gelibolu. The hotel is kust infront the long beach and is easy to park. Breakfast was nice. Just across the beach, clean room and sheats. The bathroom has no smells like other hotels and the shower it s fantastic. The personal it s kind and helpfull. Just an observation I noticed everywhere - clean the airvent from the bathroom.

I was here as part of an organized tour of Turkey. This was definitely the best hotel in the tour. Located in the centre of Chanakkale. The room was quite spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. I have stayed there once . It satisfied me . It has good large and cozy rooms. Especially the bed was so comfortable for me. I rested very well. They have Turkish tea , hot water the and coffee in the restaurant during the day. Also its free . On the other hand hotel is a little far from the city center as a negative . If you like walking around this the right place for you .

The hotel rooms and staff on reception was very good. But the breakfast was very disappointing. Regarding the quality of the food 5 of 10. We come down for breakfast at 9.30 (breakfast last till 10.30) almost all the pots were empty .

Excellent stay (27/8 – 31/8/2025) Friendly and prompt reception even though I arrived at 01:00 am, with luggage transfer to the room. Immediate change to a room with two single beds, free of charge. Should be the tallest building in the tiwn of Canakkale, 10 minutes walk from city town hall, has nice 360 view on podium of restaurant floor. Rooms are average in conditions, but quiet and comfort.

We only stayed for a night and enjoyed our stay greatly. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and breakfast was fine (be careful as some of the things on breakfast are additionally paid for - like fresh orange juice). O highly recomment this hotel.

Hotel stuff friendly, rests not good The hotel needs a lot of renewal and fixes. Electricity was going out, internet doesn't work, breakfast with only basic foods, light in the bathroom is like 100 years old, barely can see yourself in the mirror.. Only positivity came from the hotel stuff who were friendly and helpful.

Even though our first day and night were difficult, we had a very good stay overall at Hotel Artur. We arrived on a hot summer evening, to find two problems. First, we were able to receive only one functioning card room card-key (which also had to be used to activate the room's electricity), for a family of four. This was inconvenient. Best hotel staff of all time! After a sudden flight cancellation, concierge Coskun Akar went above and beyond to help me book impromptu transportation to my original destination. Could not be more thankful! The staff speaks English and Spanish perfectly and without whom, I would've missed the opportunity to see Istanbul before my flight back home. Gracias!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room's balcony overlooked the Aegean Sea, and the pier and train station were just steps away. The hotel provided us with a very comfortable stopover as we were travelling from Istanbul to Ayvalik. Huge choice of food for breakfast and the hotel was brilliantly located close to restaurants and the famous horse from the film Troy.

The rooms are good, the only huge minus is the walls through which you can hear everything. There are no balconies, the air conditioner barely turns on and off. The staff confused my towel with theirs and stole it from me.

The rooms are small and cramped. The staff is relatively helpful. Cleanliness is about 8 out of 10 – there’s room for improvement. There's a bar/club in the backyard that gets very noisy until late at night. The rooms have no sound insulation, so you can hear everything. The only good thing was the location – within walking distance to everything. Breakfast is available, but nothing special.
