First of all, show the interest you show while making a reservation, even after the money is paid. The owner of the company answered everything kindly via WhatsApp. I told you that I am sensitive about cleaning. I asked every detail about breakfast etc. Then, when I entered the hotel, I could not find what I expected and I called him, but he did not even return to me until this hour.
