Engin Hotel in Gelibolu

Hello, I was really disappointed in your hotel where I stayed for 1 night on the occasion of Eid-al-Adha. Before I go to my friends, I need to say some things. Maybe on this occasion, the hotel conditions will improve,

First of all, show the interest you show while making a reservation, even after the money is paid. The owner of the company answered everything kindly via WhatsApp. I told you that I am sensitive about cleaning. I asked every detail about breakfast etc. Then, when I entered the hotel, I could not find what I expected and I called him, but he did not even return to me until this hour. This is not customer satisfaction!!!

A few impressions. It may be important to some and unimportant to others;

Air conditioner not working.

The bathroom is moldy and old.
Kettle is broken.
And I went through 4 rooms to find a decent room. I chose one of the 4 rooms. This one was the best one, and that was the circumstances of him.

There are still hairs from other guests on the floor.
It's a buffet breakfast. Don't believe it. There are eggs and a few breakfast items, neither hot starters nor anything else. But yes these few breakfasts are unlimited. But there is neither potato nor menemen nor anything else. So consider a simple breakfast plate.

There is only one good side. Your employees are respectful. When I reported these complaints, they did not show any disrespect and dealt with patience. But whatever they do, whatever they show, it's up to them.

Know these things. It may be a hotel at the level I could stay as a student, but I will never stay with my wife or family again.
