Nice warm room on a winter day. Lovely breakfast. Everything was clean and working well. Staff were very helpful.

Everything mentioned above in addition to the great cozy environment and great staff.. the food was also amazing

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially when we needed some adjustments. The rooms were nice, and the overall space was exceptional. We have marked it as a place we hope to return to again if at all possible!

This is a beautiful hotel, superbly kept. Breakfast is the best i had in hotels in Turkey, this trip. The area is new, lots of new contructions. So a bit dirty. You can easily walk to the tourist attractions from the hotel, which is truly a plus.

This relatively new hotel has clean rooms, very agreeable staff and a decent breakfast. The only problem is the location which is a good 25 minute walk to the middle of Iznik and there is very little to see or do on the nearby beach (at least in late October)

Room was spacious but had some issues in appliances and interior. Breakfast is from 8 o'clock so we were compelled to skip it because of early departure. Staff was helpful and polite but the communication needed smartphone.

Early March a bit out of season still. Overall was a nice experience. Breakfast was really good.

When I booked into Zeytin Bahcesi early October, the place looked absolutely deserted. I really think I must have been the only customer for the night : the pool had not been cleaned, weeds everywhere around it, broken tiles. Strange, because it is a modern-looking hotel with great location at the lake, well laid-out rooms and stylish restaurant. I got room #202, a good-size room with all amenities...

A good place for children. Friendly staff.

Leading a group of 12 people we spent one night here. Nice swimming pool, nice and clean rooms very kind staff.. The only problem they all hardly speak some English.. As it happens to be the 1700th anniversary of the Council of Nicaea (held in 325 AD), I booked one night for a quick trip to Iznik. Seyir Otel offered a lovely clean room with all the necessary amenities (in-room bathroom, towels, slippers, hand wash, shampoo, body wash, water, coffee, tea kettle, mini fridge, lamp desk lamp, TV etc.) The weather was quite cool so I didn't turn on the air conditioner...

The hotel is very near to the lake and you can also reach the center easily by walking. Seems like there are two buildings of the hotel. The part I had my room was very new. Great rooms (they had us change to a different room when they realized there was a plumbing issue in our room). Super clean and comfortable. Great natural light. Staff is very nice, speaks English. Wifi was good for international video calls, as long as it holds (internet in Turkey is a thing you should read about...). The breakfast was diverse and good.

Nice, little family-led hotel. We checked-in really late and still received a very warm welcome. Breakfast was delicious, our room clean and functionally furnished. The kitchen is really clean. I stayed here whilst walking to Jerusalem in September 2019. It is a delightful place to stay, the rooms were excellent and the staff helpful and friendly.

hotel is in good condition, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. The breakfast was good considering standards of Iznik.

Breakfast was not what I ever expected. However understandable since there were very few tourists staying in this season.

Nice lakefront rest Pleasant clean lakefront hotel. The pool looked great. Lakefront park and walk/bike promenade is excellent, and just across the street. The city obviously goes to great lengths to keep the park and beach areas super clean. Hotel a/c worked well, shower good, quiet decent room overall. Breakfast is typical but good and friendly staff.

We didn't stay in the hotel so can't comment on the accommodation, but we had a wonderful meal here. lobby & dining area, room, bathroom - everything is just great. the owner is very welcoming and caring. in the night the garden is lit up beautifully, you can eat your dinner under the trees. and - the best location, almost outside the town, but there's very nice lake/beach area with roses, paims, walking pavement, private and safe. there are minibuses to town centre or you can walk alongside the lake...
