Bayram tatili fırsatı ile 2 gece 3 gün kaldık. Ailecek konakladık. otelin konumu çok güzel. Otopark sorunu yok, önündeki alana park edebilirsiniz. Oda kahvaltı konsepti için kahvaltı tatminkar. Biz junior suite tercih ettik. Fazlası ile ferahtı. Önünde balkonu ile hem göl hem de havuz manzarası var. Akşam yemeği için oteli tercih edebilirsiniz. Ya da iznik içinde tercih edebileceğiniz yerler var. Nihat'ın yeri , Karadeniz pidecisi vs.. Havuzu makul büyüklükte serinlemek için yeterli. Akşam üzeri dinlenmek için otelin bahçesi keyifli. Beklentiyi makul tutarsanız fazlası ile tatminkar. Bir daha seve seve tercih ederim.

Very nice place to stay! The owners and staff are very friendly and will help you wirh anything you'll need. Couple of minutes walk to the center and 50 meters from the lake. Nice balcony. The floor in the room could be a bit cleaner though.

We only spent a day here and there are still few more days to stay here but I gotta say, the staff, the rooms, the restaurant and the services they provide are great. One of the best places I stayed at this price rate in a long time.

My wife and her mother had to extend there stay in turkey after there returned flight was cancelled so they booked into Seyir Butik Hotel. The hotel is amazing and very close to the lake. The room is very clean and the balcony has a wonderful sea view. The owners/staff are very polite and very helpful. They will accommodate you in the best possible way to make sure your stay is very pleasant. The food served in there restaurant is so tasty.. We highly recommend Seyir Butik Hotel if you are looking for a wonderful calm pleasant holiday.. Thank you very much for your excellent hospitality and customer service.. 5 stars 👍😊

It is located very close by the iznik lake. Owner and his wife are very kind and lovely people. Service is goog quality. People are are very kind and smiling for making you feel comfortable. Kitchen is super... Rooms are clean. You may have the chance for riding bicycle or canoeing on the lake. Iznik is full of great ancient buildings, such as church and mosques.
