Typical small city hotel. Clean, hot, comfortable bed and pillows.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious, yet the price is higher than most hotels in the area as they serve breakfast, unfortunately in only one seating l had to warn the staff about 2 dirty mugs, the eggs were boiled in their shells without previous cleaning at all, you could see the chicken dirt on them clearly, they only had 2 types of cheese, only tomatoes and dirty cucumbers as vegetables...

Good location, good service, clean rooms. The best in the city center. Highly recommended.

Conftable hotel very close to the city center. Bed is very conftable, air-condition, spacious bathroom Breakfast is on the top-floor, in buffet system. What I didn't like, in the elevator you can always listen the same music :) Wi-Fi connection strong, fast. There is a kettle in the room with coffee, tea. Bottled waters are in the room for free. You can find a migros jet very close to the hotel if...

Good value for money..tho' maybe for Kırklareli, a lil expensive.. I actually wanted to give it 4.5 stars but didn't know how to

We stayed at this hotel during a family trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff were kind and helpful, everything was clean, and the atmosphere of the hotel was unique and very interesting. We are really satisfied with our stay!

Gorgeous historic building however, we were not satisfied with the service, prices, and cleanliness.

Great Place The place is beautiful. I love that it is so close to many sites the city of Kirklareli has to offer.

History meets comfort The hotel is a historic building that has been renovated into this very comfortable hotel.

Perfect stay in Kirklareli A very interesting building, a restored former two-hundred-year-old Greek school. Convenient parking. Nice rooms. Breakfast included.

Nice hotel with a historical atmosphere Hotel was great, especially architectural wise it was wonderful, you can feel history during your stay. Room was clean, staff was helpful.

Myself and 3 friends have today just returned from a 3 night break at Burgaz Resort. From arrival to departure we had a fantastic time. The entertainment team, restaurant staff were exceptional A*. Secondly I would just like to say a special "thankyou" to the Housekeeping staff. Absolutely fantastic. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and nothing was too much bother. All in all our stay there was totally...

Only used the pool area. The stairs goes to slides need repair. They were covered with rust. And the restrooms were not clean. Other than these two issues, pool was good.

Nice place, nice pool and nice food. Personal very friendly and with phone technology we could speak with the owner Hakan with no problem. The language is never a problem especially with all the technology we have now days 😊

A little bit expensive, poor breakfast.

A very nice 5-story hotel in the center of Luleburgaz. Breakfast is free, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the air conditioning works well (you can adjust the temperature at the reception). I stayed for a business trip, I paid for 3 nights, and when I needed to check out early, they didn't let me down; they offered all the options and asked for my decision. The managers and staff are very decent...

The location is central, the building is a bit old, cleanliness is good, breakfast is bad, price is reasonable.

For commercial purposes. I come from Dan and stay in the hotel almost every week with my wife, so far our satisfaction is extremely good, the rooms are as clean as possible, the staff is friendly and the breakfast open buffet is nice.

Clean quality, hygienic staff, friendly, absolutely reliable, don't worry, it's a great hotel, they leave everything new, they remove what they use, there is a lady at the reception in the morning, a lady at the reception is very polite, she asks her good morning, she says good morning, thank you for her interest, at night there is a gentleman in the same shape, she asks for a good rest. thank him

No place to clean closes. Other than that, it is very nice hotel. Service, breakfast, cleaning are good

Overall stay experience was good. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. Hotel staff is friendly and welcoming! Special thanks to Mustafa Bora and şendoğan they were very helpful and kind.

Average hotel- the room was not very comfortable. It was noisy. The breakfast was average too.

Ideal location The hotel staff gave me a friendly greeting and explained all I needed to know. The hotel is just opposite the railway station and Optima Express terminal. Some traffic noise could be heard, but I slept well. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

As soon as we arrived I was directed to underground parking. You can't beat that. The room was spotless and very modern. Great air conditioning comfortable bed and coffee in the room. The staff were helpful in every way. If we needed another blanket of some more coffee they were there to help immediately. Very highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable Clean, comfortable hotel on the edge of town. Great option if passing through and pet friendly.

Some rooms and bathrooms need repairs,there was a broken electricity outlet,the AC is also not controllable.It stays (and blows) at 26 degrees.The windows are very hard to open.Slippers,shampoo,shower gel are only offered.One paper roll.There is a fridge as well.Beds are comfortable and breakfast is fine. The pool and spa did not work as of November. No idea why this was.

Very nice rooms very good food most of the places were clean and a very good pool with kind workers

A decent hotel with large rooms, a large bed, bathroom, clean bed linen and towels. Breakfast is a great type of buffet and it's rich. The only fault is location, but this is more for hotel business people. The service offered by the price is good
