Very bad service, We were a group from Bulgaria. We booked and paid 13 double rooms and two single rooms. No matter we came 16 rooms and paid the same amount they took from us a penalty €45. This situation was a disaster. As we are hotel employers from Bulgaria, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone . The employee Sebo said to us “I am always right “ , no matter we already paid for the service. The employees of this hotel are liers!!! Do not go there !

+ Excellent location! Loved the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with amazing views of the town. Staff was really attentive, room was clean and spacious

Typical small city hotel. Clean, hot, comfortable bed and pillows.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious, yet the price is higher than most hotels in the area as they serve breakfast, unfortunately in only one seating l had to warn the staff about 2 dirty mugs, the eggs were boiled in their shells without previous cleaning at all, you could see the chicken dirt on them clearly, they only had 2 types of cheese, only tomatoes and dirty cucumbers as vegetables, and when warned they wouldnt wleven apologize, not worth the higher amount. You can consider it as per its location only.

Conftable hotel very close to the city center.
Bed is very conftable, air-condition, spacious bathroom
Breakfast is on the top-floor, in buffet system.
What I didn't like, in the elevator you can always listen the same music :)
Wi-Fi connection strong, fast.
There is a kettle in the room with coffee, tea.
Bottled waters are in the room for free.
You can find a migros jet very close to the hotel if you need something.
If you have to do something in Kirklareli this hotel is a good choice.

The place is good but the hotel service is very bad, the receptionist is not friendly to the customer and the cleaning workers have bad behavior. No respect from hotel workers to customers.

I cannot argue with previous reviews saying its the best hotel in town ... probably is judging by the aspect of the town. The rooms are decent and clean, the dinner buffet was decent, tasteless but ok-ish. However the rooms were cold despite leaving the AC on 25degrees all night (and i am a person who likes sleeping in 18-20 degree room) but colder than that and the corridors at night very dark as the stairwell (had to use the flashlight on my phone to get around). Avoid rooms on the 5th floor. Right below restaurant, was woken up a 630am by the dragging of chairs, tables and whatever. you can hear everything. luckily only staying the night. btw ... no one speaks english. oh ... and the wifi ... very poor signal ... don't count on it.
