Excellent place to stay just minutes away from the ferry port. The sea view is amazing and the breakfast is delicious! Also, the swimming pool is ideally located, just next to the sea but with some shade available.
Perfect location and friendly staff. They did check if you the whole time if you had a room number. All in all, especially the breakfast selection, very good.
The hotel is generally good, located in a beautiful spot facing the sea and offers a decent breakfast. However, there are two points to note, the rooms on the second floor facing the sea have very low ceilings, which could even pose a risk of injury to guests and the hotel entrance can sometimes get crowded due to weddings, with the music playing until late at night, which can be disturbing. The hotel is very close to the BUDO station and near a shopping area which is very convenient. I appreciate Mr Unoor for sending me a video of the room so I knew it wood be small. The room had a sea view which was amazing, a comfortable king size bed and uncomfortable guest bed. I appreciate that the front desk was able to cancel our breakfast upon request. Room service was not the best.
I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. First of all, the service was excellent, and the view from the terrace on the ground floor was fantastic. This hotel is really great value. Everything was excellent, the room, the breakfast, the staff, the sauna and steamroom, and the view over the sea while you eat breakfast... it was actually quite hard to checkout. And so easy to get here by ferry from Istanbul.
Amazing Views It was a great stay! The views were amazing and I had to work on Los Angeles time and I did not want to sit in my room, so I say with the staff in the Lobby each night and they were very accommodating and welcoming. It was a great stay and an amazing vacation place. Please stay here if you get a chance.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but I stayed in room 308, it was full of dust and the toilet was banging, I think the room smelled. The location and view of the hotel is great, but the cleanliness should be improved.

We are exceedingly happy with this hotel in central Mudanya. Excellent room, very attentive and polite service, personably staffed. Our prime aim was finding a centrally located, clean hotel, and the Armistis hotel was excellent on both counts. Having airconditioning in the room was also a relief. They changed towels and sheets on request. For those who may be wondering – washing machines or a laundry...
This was a beautiful, authentic hotel with lovely antique furnishings. I want to return.

Staff so friendly and so helpfull! The hotel is clean, the price is very good. The road is somewhat noisy but that's not too badt. I definitely recommend for low budgets

We went to swimming course which use their pool. Pool was good, heated and with windows to watsh around. As a negative point, I can only say that their parking area is not enough.
It was a lovely place to stay. We had dinner and it was very tasty, priced accordingly. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was beautiful and their home made cookies and biscuits were very delicious. Plenty of variety to choose from as well. We travel to Bursa quiet often. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.
We stayed at the hotel only 1 night. Although they upgraded our room to the best one , the hotel location is far away from Mudanya center. We paid too much taxi to go and come back to the hotel.
Quaint hotel very neat the high way. Ideally guests have their own car to be able to move around. Rooms are spacious and the double bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good but a wider selection would have been appreciated.
The hotel is modest, no complaints. Enough to spend one night when moving from Istanbul to Izmir. The room is clean, bright and large enough. Very tasty food in the restaurant

The hotel was great, with comfortable rooms and great service. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and tidy, and I had a very pleasant stay because it was located close to the beach.
When compared to other boutique hotels in Mudanya, Öz Boutique Hotel provides a clean and comfortable accommodation experience and its large garden is a great advantage. I recommend it.
It was clean and hygienic, renovated, and I found it much more successful than when we came last year. The garden was always beautiful and still is. Thank you to all the staff.

It was wonderful to get away from the city center and spend a holiday in a mansion in Mudanya. I really liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the wooden decor. You can also walk directly to Mudanya city center and the beach. We also enjoyed coffee in the garden ;) Sometimes it's necessary to leave work behind and escape to places like this.
