It was a lovely place to stay. We had dinner and it was very tasty, priced accordingly. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was beautiful and their home made cookies and biscuits were very delicious. Plenty of variety to choose from as well. We travel to Bursa quiet often. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.

We went to swimming course which use their pool. Pool was good, heated and with windows to watsh around. As a negative point, I can only say that their parking area is not enough.

We got engaged at Heybeli Hotel Erguvan Garden in July 2021. All the staff, especially Ms. Reyhan and Mr. Aykut, were very interested, they helped as if they were our own family. We thank them again

Quaint hotel very neat the high way. Ideally guests have their own car to be able to move around. Rooms are spacious and the double bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good but a wider selection would have been appreciated.

We stayed at the hotel only 1 night. Although they upgraded our room to the best one , the hotel location is far away from Mudanya center. We paid too much taxi to go and come back to the hotel.

The hotel is modest, no complaints. Enough to spend one night when moving from Istanbul to Izmir. The room is clean, bright and large enough.

It was good hotel, but there are some serious problems about the hotel. cleanliness of hotel was not the best. I have seen some bones on the ground of Restaurant and nobody seemed to be cared about it.
Staff was a bi weird, so I do not like some attitudes.
The rest was ok, room was nice and it is a good stop point for 1-2 night stay. It does not have a good location or great view. So, you can use it as a "stopping point", but not more than that.
I did not like meals also, It was moderate. You can find way better and cheaper places anywhere else.

I think we received blind rooms where they were hidden corners of the garden area. Thus the rooms were not maintained properly.
But as I said this was a business trip and perhaps these were below budget rooms or something.
In general rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and spacious bedroom.
Good place, i would stay again.

We stayed at the garden part ,
The AC is not working, it was very bad even we called the receptionist.
Staff is very good ,
Breakfast is less than normal.

The worst 4 stars hotel I have been. Nobody speaks English and they try to sell a bottle of vodka for 200 EUR (when it was 50 EUR on menu).
