The highlight of this place was the service at the pool area. Superb management. Sauna was excellent, poolside facilities also very good. Highlight for me was the massage service. Trained therapist addressed my exact need to alleviate muscle tension and sciatica - competent and quiet treatment. So unexpectedly good. She was an Indian therapist called Unika, experienced in several Indian hotels...
The hotel is very quiet even it's near the highway also the room is comfortable . The staff are helpful and friendly, if i am coming back to yalova definitely i will stay in the same hotel.
It is one of the best hotels in Yalova, but the carpets, especially in the floors and halls, are not clean and smell.

This hotel is ideal for business travellers and potentially holidaymakers. Nicely laid out hotel from reception with a great bar in which the bartender has an unbelievable memory for previous drink order. Excellent variety of food for breakfast and dinner meal. I had an awesome time at Elegance Resort Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Location is nice. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was very nice and sufficient, there were many options, and the dinners were delicious. The pool and spa were clean and successful. My room was cleaned every day, which is very important to me, so thank you very much. I would also like to thank the hotel staff for their smiling faces.

Service, attention, cleanliness, breakfast, I definitely recommend it, everything is worth the price paid.
Great location, close to the ferry station. The rooms and breakfast were also up to par.
The service was warm and hospitable and the room was clean.

Decent Hotel, clean rooms. Good staff. A little bit, approx 3 kilomers from downtown yalova. Busy road in front of the hotel. No stores nearby
The hotel is average and does not meet the standards of a 4–5 star property. Basic essentials were missing, and the spa amenities were not very clean. I expected better quality and comfort. On the positive side, the breakfast items were diverse and enjoyable, and the food prices were reasonable. However, even basic services such as a toothbrush kit or an iron came at an extra charge.
A small but very efficient hotel and I would stay in it any time I visit Yalova. It’s clean and great food, the pool is lovely and their spa is amazing

Very clean place, right on the main road. Turkish Hamam and Spa were there as well. Should ideally have a car to get here.
Everything about the hotel is beautiful, but it has one drawback: its location is far from the city center, so if you don't have a car, it's a problem.
This is my second day at the hotel, everything is better than I expected. The rooms and the hotel are clean. The staff are very attentive, the food is fantastic, kudos to the chef. The view from the restaurant is also very beautiful and pleasant.

Great hotel for visiting Yalova. The Great Mosque is nearby. Within walking distance of the park, the beach and shopping streets.
Beautiful place with cozy room. Hamam and spa is also perfect. Love this place and inshaalla will be back again to Yalova. The staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was very nice, they serve additional juice coffee and Turkish tea. Thank a lot to make my stay lovely and joyful. Appreciated

Location is so good in the Yalova town. Everywhere you can go easily. Ferry terminal also very close.
I would say overall it’s a great hotel. Especially the location. There is things can improve like changing the breakfast menu a bit.
