I went to this hotel with my family, and it’s truly a wonderful and respectable place to stay with your loved ones. Everything is well-organized to make your family feel comfortable and supported in the best way. The food was delicious, the staff were lovely, and we had such a great experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended!

Even one star is too much, it smells sooo bad. No idea about cleaning... The hotel smells bad, the food is mediocre, the plates and glasses are dirty, the wet areas are neglected, ufff, it's the worst, it's awful... It's not suitable for families, don't do this disrespect to yourself!!!!

They need to explain the reservation like we are made the search not like what they have
Because of wrong reservation they forced us may we are pay for the next night or keep the reservation like they trip.com gift us we was eight adult with one baby the problem is when we are made the reservations through trip.com the search was for eight adults and one baby but the reservation was for adults with nobody else

We were very pleased, everything was very nice, all the employees were very friendly, especially Ms. Asuman and Ms. Leyla are very attentive and do their job very well, the food was great, thank you all.

If you wanna distroy your vocation ,than this hotel is exactly for you.Unpolite staff of the hotel will make your stay in Yalova is very remarkable..Do not waste your time and money on staying in this hotel!

The hotel contains a large group of scammers in the administrative department. We made a reservation on a specific date and then went on our appointment and found the reservation had been changed automatically. When we ask them about the reason, they tell us that you booked through an intermediary and that this number is not their hotel number. When we ask them about the actual hotel number, they do not give us a number They give you the number of an intermediary company to book from it and they take a huge commission from you!! They are a large group of thieves who deceive tourists here and there is an Egyptian person who is discussing with us in a very rude manner. Stay away from him and if you want to spend a happy holiday free of problems, stay away from this hotel

I visited this hotel last month i give 1 star because the management is almost 0, iam sure that the manager doesn't have experience at all or have pansiyon experience. Nothing personal but iam not recommending this place to anybody. And my advice for the hotel owner to make this hotel hostel.
