The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. It is the most accessible place in Arsuz. Definitely a hotel that can be preferred for families.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel in October, 2021. Their two bedroom suite was spacious and very much accommodating for a family of four people. The room was clean and has nice living area and kitchen. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast sitting and the fact that this property is inside the city of Arsuz, close to the shops, restaurants and the beach.

We stayed in the apartments . It was good and big . The breakfast was not bad . But the dinner was poor . The swimming pool was crouded . The good thing was that the sea is close but there were alot of rocks . Didnt enkoy swimming that much

For a 3-stars hotel, Casmin hotel is almost what you expect. Pros: the pool and the slides are great. If you're just there to swim, then you're gonna have a blast. The sea is also not bad. It can use some more care and cleaning and some services as well. Cons: the hotel rooms are a bit old and the bathroom isn't that clean. I expected a cleaner rooms but it's not as bad as I've read through the reviews...

Special mention to the two gentlemen at the front desk — they were kind, efficient and made our stay very comfortable.

Despite of so many hotel fires in Turkey this hotel still lets customers smoke in the rooms. Which means smoke detectors are not working. I stayed in a non-smoking room and there were cigarette burns on the desk. If customers want to smoke they should go out and smoke there not in the rooms by jeopardizing other customers lives.

Rooms are big, clean and very nice in general. They clean rooms and change towels daily. Breakfast is good. Location is very good as well. But the best are people who work there. They took care of our sick friend while we were not in the hotel, brought her fruits. Every you need they help you! It would be great if they speak English better, but even not, they help with every.

Hotel is good . Just Strange they don’t provide iron , but they request you to send your cloth to Cleaning , then charge you . Last time I was there A/C was not working well , we change room . Gym as I mentioned previously is noted its machine are not functioning properly and not maintaining it.

Gym was found old , equipped broken , Air-conditioning was poor condition.

The hotel is located in a remote area, far from the city center, and it is difficult to get a taxi. There are no restaurants nearby. The room is large, the breakfast is quite rich, and the service attitude is very good.

Location close to the sea and a lot of restaurants it’s a big plus. Service was great but it was a lot of damage’s inside the rooms. In my room in the bathroom the ceiling was falling in the shower and in my friends room it rained inside one night 😔😔 plus in the hallway on each floor was an awful smell. The otel was very nice. During check in a covıd 19 procedure will be going up. Body temperature will be measured, some questions document mast you fill up and your bags will be cleaned. Hotel is close to Seaside. Enjoy the life.

Don't be fooled by the comments, if your budget is low, a place where you can stay is the most important one.

The hotel didn’t match what was advertised, there’s no swimming pool and the room had a construction view instead of a sea view. As a result, we were forced to check out early. We received a refund, but the situation disrupted our plans and caused unnecessary stress. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price.

The whole suite was outstanding. Right from the sitting room, the bedroom suite, having a jacuzzi in thei room for me was the first experience. Then the bathroom with a regular shower, a steam bath,sauna. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and the big plus spoke english. I will definitely recommend thıs hotel to anyone that likes luxury.

Although the city was decimated by two earthquakes within nine hours of each other, 2 1/2 years ago, the hotel was clean, with comfortable beds, excellent showers, air conditioning that worked, and a friendly helpful staff. The typical Turkish breakfast had about 40 items, very healthy and delicious. The town is rebuilding and this hotel was great.

I marked the area as excellent not to do any injustice to the hotel. Antakya is demolished after the 2023 earthquake and the surrounding area is also damaged heavily. However the hotel offers excellent service and amenities under these harsh conditions.

I have stayed in Truva life hotel for 9 days the service was great as the staff were friendly and hospitality was warm. The rooms are big comfortable and clean I recommend you to come here . Family and friend especially in summer time since the swimming is open at the summer season

A wonderful oasis within the reconstruction zone. The hotel is newly renovated, renovated rooms, clean, lots of hot water, good WiFi included, a great Turkish breakfast, and a charming attached coffee shop with a full menu on par with Starbucks. Greatly recommend!

This is a boutique hotel - which means in Turkey a historic old building that is renovated and features modern amenities. The breakfast spread is amazing in this place - it starts rather late at 8:30 but oh everything that comes out of the kitchen is superb. I also liked the location - it is just a stone's throw from the main street which is noisy but this place is senere and quiet.

Because of the tragic earthquake, the surrounding of this hotel is in a rwally bad condition. The hotel ia in the middle of ruins. Though I could stay one night safely with hot shower (I really appreciate this), it is not easy to recommend to stay.
