Could Be One of the Best But Neglected This hotel has great potential, but it feels like a place that was built and then forgotten. The reception area is quite nice and gives a good first impression. However, once you head to the rooms, things change. The hallways are dark and poorly maintained, and unfortunately, the room aren’t at a better condition. Despite of so many hotel fires in Turkey this hotel still lets customers smoke in the rooms. Which means smoke detectors are not working. I stayed in a non-smoking room and there were cigarette burns on the desk. If customers want to smoke they should go out and smoke there not in the rooms by jeopardizing other customers lives.

The hotel didn’t match what was advertised, there’s no swimming pool and the room had a construction view instead of a sea view. As a result, we were forced to check out early. We received a refund, but the situation disrupted our plans and caused unnecessary stress. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price.

The whole suite was outstanding. Right from the sitting room, the bedroom suite, having a jacuzzi in thei room for me was the first experience. Then the bathroom with a regular shower, a steam bath,sauna. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and the big plus spoke english. I will definitely recommend thıs hotel to anyone that likes luxury.

Great hotel with very friendly staff! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options. Location was perfect—close to the city center but still quiet. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Staffs are polite and always has smile of their faces. Rooms are clean but not perfect. There is no toothbrush and shoe shiner in the room. Spa and gym is closed from earth quake till now. But there is an open swimming pool without any changing room. I asked for more light in room and they gave me a big sleeping lamp. Breakfast is good. But restaurant menu is limited. I'm here for couple of days...

We stayed in the apartments . It was good and big . The breakfast was not bad . But the dinner was poor . The swimming pool was crouded . The good thing was that the sea is close but there were alot of rocks . Didnt enkoy swimming that much

Nice place although very very expensive but deserves it. Clean rooms and apartments. Spacious pool. A Pool for children and another one for babies. All three pools have wonderful water slides. Food is average but tasty and clean. The beach is clean and well served. Nice staff but refuse to speak any other languages but Turkish. Pools and floors are cleaned frequently and regularly

For a 3-stars hotel, Casmin hotel is almost what you expect. Pros: the pool and the slides are great. If you're just there to swim, then you're gonna have a blast. The sea is also not bad. It can use some more care and cleaning and some services as well. Cons: the hotel rooms are a bit old and the bathroom isn't that clean. I expected a cleaner rooms but it's not as bad as I've read through the reviews...

Good location and free parking. Comfortable room & nice sitting area in the room. Comfortable king size bed. Good WiFi. Friendly staff. Close to town center where there are shops & restaurants. Fridge in room with kettle & tea & coffee.

Overall good conditions for the value. Breakfast condition changed after my last review and it was big improvement. Many thanks to kind personnel.

Rooms are big, clean and very nice in general. They clean rooms and change towels daily. Breakfast is good. Location is very good as well. But the best are people who work there. They took care of our sick friend while we were not in the hotel, brought her fruits. Every you need they help you! It would be great if they speak English better, but even not, they help with every.

The hotel is good, food decent, the room small but okay. They cleaned the room every day.

Located conveniently in heart of the city. The hotel offers valet service, should you arrive by car. The staff are kind, accommodating and go above and beyond their duties to cater for hotel guests. Travellers get great value for money here.

Location close to the sea and a lot of restaurants it’s a big plus. Service was great but it was a lot of damage’s inside the rooms. In my room in the bathroom the ceiling was falling in the shower and in my friends room it rained inside one night 😔😔 plus in the hallway on each floor was an awful smell. Like I said the plus was location and service

The otel was very nice. During check in a covıd 19 procedure will be going up. Body temperature will be measured, some questions document mast you fill up and your bags will be cleaned. Hotel is close to Seaside. Enjoy the life.
