Everything was perfect, starting with the communication with the manager, the place, the cleanliness, the breakfasts and above all the breathtaking view, the silence and a small deserted beach! We will surely come back

We've spent a great time here in November 2025 during the vacation. Luxury room with a breathtaking view on the seaside, heating swimming pool right in front our window, rich and joyful breakfast

There is always sufficient drinking water in glass bottles in the suites. The heated pool is a dream now in April, but it's only a short hop to the sea

The breakfast was a highlight—definitely something you shouldn’t miss. The design and cleanliness of the hotel were impressive, with a level of detail that made our stay very comfortable

Stunning view over the bay of kas. Rooms are very clean, perfectly equipped and cleaned every day. Breakfast is to die for and is served on a raised terrace overlooking the sea

Stayed for 4 nights in the summer. We stayed in a private room, not a dorm. Nice family was very attentive whenever we needed something. The breakfast was nice on terrace with great views to start each day

This hotel is fantastic. The owner provided me with a clean room with a view of the azure sea from the window. The breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely stay at Kas again just for this hotel.

This is fine but it is hard to find an ATM that doesn’t scam you with a foreign card. We hit the daily limit on the same halkbank atm for a few days until we had enough cash to pay for the hotel

I spent a night. The pension is very close to the center. The hosts have welcomed me friendly. The room is tidy and I have had a peacefully night. I will sleep again, If I come to KAS. I can only recommend.

​If you're looking for a luxurious resort, this might not be the place for you. But if you value a quiet, friendly, and authentic experience with a personal touch, Santosa Pension is an excellent choice

It's centrally located, enough to shop, drop off at the hotel, and pick up where you left off. Kaş is also very affordable for dining out. There are also beautiful, clean municipal public beaches

They go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need, whether it's recommendations for local sights or a delicious, home-cooked breakfast to start your day

My plans was stay 2 days in Kas, but after I arrived at Moncamp I had such a good time that I changed my plans and stayed a week!!! The staff is pretty cool, the structure and the breakfast are great
