Quiet hotel with a swimming pool. Stayed 2 nights in November. Very friendly host and delicious breakfasts.

We watched sunset from the pool and that's an overall memorable moment from our time in Türkiye

After traveling 20 days in Turkey, this hotel was our favorite of all. The room, the view and the breakfast were excellent. And of course, the staff was very friendly, especially Ismael’s kindness, he was amazing

I think it has the most beautiful view of Kas. Although it was December, we came across a generally sunny and windless weather. The villa is very comfortable. It is nice that it is close to Kaş marina

We only stayed for one night but had a great experience. The room was as advertised and very well kept. It was a genuinely lovely space. The hotel location was excellent, with some stunning views

The location is great, the view is perfect. In the morning, you will be greeted with a full breakfast prepared with quality products. Never have breakfast outside while staying at this hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days, we really liked it, the place is certainly not ordinary, the hotel is boutique, the breakfasts are very tasty and varied, the view from the window is beautiful, the rooms are cozy, clean, good sound insulation, the pool is also unusual, beautiful, the children swam all day) the sea has its own descent into the water, the descent is not gentle, but you can go down...

The family that owns the hotel make you feel welcome they are so kind you definitely feel like a guest not a customer. Rooms are large , lovely four post bed ,our room had a private balcony with a plunge pool

It also has a small platform with few sunbeds underneath near the sea to have a rest and swim. To enter the water You are able to use the stairs

Hotel Marsala is probably the nicest most relaxing hotel I've stayed in. The hotel and grounds including the infinity pool are immaculate

Nice pool area and stunning terrace to have breakfast with a view each morning! Would stay again, hopefully they have given a bit of love to the room and fixed the shower by then :)

Great location and incredible view out to the water! Rooms are dated and definitely could do with some TLC but the air con worked and that was the most important

They gave the impression that they were underpaid and didn’t care. Maybe they were? It is at the top of a steep hill and when it’s hot, it’s a bit of a killer

We booked a room at this hotel last minute for a two-night stay and had such a wonderful experience that we extended our visit by an extra day! Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and opened directly onto a private deck with access to the pool and stunning views of the ocean

We came to the Peninsula Hotel with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience did not meet what was advertised

On the website, you can only choose the class of room but not the exact one, so we were assigned a unit with the smallest private pool. Reception did not provide any solution when we raised the issue

The hotel’s social media photos are also misleading. While most private pools are large and deep, ours was only 80 cm, making it far less enjoyable and certainly not worth the rate paid

They even helped arrange our transfer to Antalya, making everything seamless. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the overall relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back

Have been twice, first for dinner, good choice and very well cooked and presented. Second time for the day at the beach, faultless hospitality, excellent position by the sea (easy access steps) and very nice lunch

Wow, such an awesome hotel! We had to come one night early to Kas and since our hotel ( Medusa next door) had no rooms. The price was affordable, rooms were very specious and staff was super friendly and helpful

Words can’t describe the beauty of this place! Lovely attentive staff, amazing views, great pool and ocean swimming area. Multiple staffed bars and a restaurant. Good drinks and food although expensive

It was a fully contained apartment overlooking the sea with private indoor and outdoor areas and a private swimming pool that wrapped around the front of the suite

Our room looked out over the pool and ocean and we enjoyed a sunset every night

We stayed 3 nights as part of our honeymoon. The property was really beautiful and the pictures do it justice. The salt water pool is great, as was the ocean swimming access and beautiful views

Drinks from the bar at the sea were fantastic with the very friendly bartender and all of the staff who worked throughout the property. If you decide to stay here definitely get the sea view rooms

This is a gorgeous hotel inside and out. The service people was so nice and friendly. Lastly this hotel has the best sunsets I've seen. It is just gorgeous and a great place to unwind!

There are some narrow and steep roads up to the hotel, but that is also necessary in order to have that amazing view! It is maximum 12 minutes from beaches (kapatas, kalkan and patara beach) and to the centrum

The hotel is very cozy and hospitable. It is located in an extremely picturesque place, when you look at the mountains and sea, your head turns dizzy because of such a beautiful view around

I could see the sea and the surrounding nature, which made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Waking up to such a view every morning was truly refreshing. What made my stay even more special was the hotel staff

First of all they allowed us to stay longer at the hotel (for really good price in high season), further they contacted the other hotel and expedia for us and told us about our rights about the cancelled reservation

You can park your vehicle in a free parking slot if one is available; otherwise, you can use the paid parking slots via valet. You can rent a sunbed and an umbrella, but you cannot bring and use your own

The biggest downside for me was the sun-bed price which is quite expensive in my opinion at 600TL (16th Sept 2025)

Our room was clean and the only issue was that the shower was leaking a little bit which didn’t disturb us too much. You can access the sea by the stairs and the hotel has a pool but we didn’t try it

This is a quiet hotel that would be a good choice again for the pool, the sea, and breakfast

We also had very enjoyable dinners with the beautiful view. The hotel is set in a lovely garden with beautiful nature all around, which made it even more peaceful. It’s also very close to the beach, which was perfect

However, it seemed like there was only one staff member at the hotel, who seemed to be running everything. There was a disturbing, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which we suspect was related to the drain

Special thanks to the cook Ali Yavuz for his special attention and the Turkish coffee. Can not see anything negative, I put this hotel on top of my list now and will stay here overtime I am in Kas

Although the room was relatively small, it was spotless, well-equipped, colorful, and has come of expansive windows; both of them had a view of the sea. All staff were amicable, and the breakfast was excellent

There is a balcony, washing machine, kitchen, and the room is clean. It's very nice

The room is comfortable enough, there is everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, stove, kettle. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning in every room works well

The hotel is not located on the shore itself, but in general the location is not bad — the town is tiny, so everything is close everywhere

A hidden gem in the heart of kas and one of the best accommodation I had in turkey , the location is just perfect in the heart of the town near many restaurants and bars , I booked the room the 104 with a small cooling pool and all I can say is it is wonderful very nicely furnished and very modern , wifi is great , the breakfast is served in the beach restaurant with a breathtaking view of the kas...

A great hotel, great staff, great food, great beach, it was a 4-4 hotel in every sense, the location is close to the center, there is no need to go anywhere other than the beach, the rooms are modern and clean, but the rooms are too romantic to go with friends :)

Unfortunately the room we wanted was not available for our full stay, but they offered us an alternative, at their new development, behind the Hotel. It is called Nur Houses, and they are definitely worth reserving

The hotel is fully booked so we haven’t had the chance to see the rooms but we are big foodies and keep coming back to have delicious lunch/dinner here. The prices are really fair for the quality, portions and location

One of BEST hotel where you can stay in Kaş. Location: 1 minutes walk to public beach and some private beaches( No access fees, only 500₺ spending limits). In addition, 5 minutes walk to diving boats and tour boats

Breakfast: The breakfast is the best part. All served foods are homemade and prepared with care. Other 5 start chain hotels(IHG, Marriott, Hilton) use Hello Fresh(Frozen veggies) for cutting the cost

The most sincere service in our trip! We were offered to change the room for a more suitable type for free, offered breakfast on the day of check-in, helped to understand the coffee machine

The hotel left the most pleasant impressions because it is located on the first line opposite the beach of Chinarlar. From the hotel it is convenient to get to shops, cafes and restaurants

Staff is very nice and helpful. They gave us better room for the same value. It is well located in peaceful Yarimada. The hotel is a little bit unpractical - missing plugs and has small flaws like a non functional A/C)

The staff were very nice, beautiful service. We had a nice stay, I just thought it was too expensive for what it gave us, no water boiler in the room so we couldn't make our own tea and coffee, I liked the breakfast.

There are several relaxation areas around the pool, the pool is clean even in the off-season. Of the minuses - the door to the room did not lock, but perhaps I did not understand. There is a gorgeous beach nearby

The most satisfying accommodation on this trip to Turkey, only suitable for self-driving, on the mountain in Kaş town, with a beautiful sea view, a swimming pool, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with basically everything

After a few days, we were even allowed to move into a slightly larger accommodation at no extra charge. Erdem and his brother Ergun also run a business and offer boat tours for tourists

The beach is just 5-7 minutes from the location and there are a few places to eat. The room is fully equipped and we cooked our breakfast there, enjoying it outside. The place feels very warm and accommodating

Turkish food is too bad, so it’s really nice to buy some food at the supermarket and cook it yourself. Bring more seasonings from China

The pool was clean and relaxing to chill by, and the included free breakfast every morning had great variety and provided a little taste of Turkish breakfast for us! One thing I also must emphasise are the brilliant staff: Tuba

we didn’t use the pool because we prefer the sea but it looked very clean. the housekeeping was not perfect (not always clean floor) but wasnt bad either. we are looking forward to come back next time :)))

Located halfway up a hill, about 1km from the old town, a 15-20 minute walk (with one or two slopes). It seems to be a guesthouse with a pool, nothing special. The rooms are a good size, clean

We stayed at this lovely hotel with 3 people for just 1 night and we absolutely loved everything! Before our stay at Carruba hotel we have stayed at Mandalina suites for 3 nights for the same price, but I can tell you that Carruba hotel definitely beats the other hotel on all aspects, like cleanliness/hygiene, hospitality, food and atmosphere

Minimalistic with some hanging plants and cute and clean benches. -Our room was very clean (from beds to the bathroom/shower) and spacious. The air conditioning was working well and we had a nice balcony

The rooms in which we stayed are located on the lower level, so the front glass wall overlooks the inner terrace, that is, there is no view of the city or the sea, but in the heat it is always cool, you can't hear the city, any noise

The hotel is in the very center of Kas. Within a radius of 100 meters all the shops and cafes. But, the hotel is in a quiet street, because of this the noise of the streets and cafes is not heard, at least from 23

It was close to everywhere we wanted. We were very happy, we want to be there again. We loved you very much, thank you Hatice, Alim and everybody for helping. The cleaning lady was incredibly clean

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, lots of dishes, sets for 6 people. Perhaps the designer's mistake - the location of the toilet behind a glass partition

The furniture in the hotel is new, clean, but to maintain daily cleanliness in the room - you need to remind the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The shower was basic but again spacious, very tidy and had a working hairdryer. Having a kettle and fridge in the room was much appreciated. Breakfast was ample, delicious and always served with a smile

The hotel is close to the station and pier. It is convenient for eating and shopping. It is relatively quiet when sleeping. There is a place to dry clothes and the breakfast is rich.

  You will need transport to and from the hotel, we drove so that’s no problem! Great service by the restaurant and the strong bell boy! Many stairs down to the bottom where the restaurant and pool is

The hotel is located in a remote location, a 10-minute drive from the town of Kas (taxi 300 lira), but the entire hotel looks out to the sea, making it a first-class vacation!

I spent a night. The pension is very close to the center. The hosts have welcomed me friendly. The room is tidy and I have had a peacefully night. I will sleep again, If I come to KAS. I can only recommend.

It's centrally located, enough to shop, drop off at the hotel, and pick up where you left off. Kaş is also very affordable for dining out. There are also beautiful, clean municipal public beaches
