The hotel is nice and comfortable. The cleanliness is very good. The staff are very helpful. There is a bit of chaos when the tour buses arrive. The breakfast buffet is average. The rooms are spacious and functional.

Property condition is fine. Clean but doesn't worth that price. Breakfast was normal, not bad, not too good.

The room itself was good and spacious with a decent bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a disaster area. The hotel is clearly used by tour groups who have an early start and by 9am, the breakfast buffet had been swept almost clean of fresh food, with basics like coffee and bread having run out completely and could not be topped up. The reception staff were poor, including the rudest...

Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was amazing! Location is great with parking. We were in the area to visit Mount Nemrut, didn't want to be in the city center or deal with traffic or parking. It's close to historical sites near Adıyaman. The GM and the rest of the staff are genuinely nice and helpful. Thank you for making us feel at home!

The sty amazing. I travl to adıyaman often for work, and this hands down the best hotel in the location. Everything from the cleanliness and breakfast to the friendliness of the staff is topnotch. Nice, new, modern building. The staff was very nice, attentive, and responsive. Our suite had a full kitchen, but not a single dish, utensil, pot, pan or other kitchen tools or implement, making it useless. It was nice to have a clothes washer, but we quickly learned that running it at the same time as the air conditioning tripped the breaker leaving us in darkness - twice. A man came quickly both...

The staff here were exceptionally helpful. On arrival, Sabit brought us tea and gave us lots of good advice on places to visit in the area. When our car wouldn’t start when we were leaving, the front desk arranged for someone to come and jump it and also got a taxi for me in the meantime. The staff here couldn’t have been more helpful. We were welcomed by Sabit & Harun on arrival and Sabit gave us lots of great advice for tourist sights, which we didn’t know about. In the morning, we had trouble starting our car and again, the front desk was amazing, helping us get someone out together it fixed and organizing a taxi, in the meantime. Modern comfortable hotel with quiet rooms, good dinner and helpful staff

Great stay A great hotel. We had a superior room and it was incredible. Spacious, the bed was comfortable, really clean, iron/ironing board in the room, heating, balcony. Ordered room service and the food was great. Highly recommend staying here.

Hotel is mainly serving bus tourists. It is new and clean. Staff could be friendlier. Location is not ideal. There isn’t much around the hotel.
