Park Dedeman Adıyaman in Adiyaman

The staff here were exceptionally helpful. On arrival, Sabit brought us tea and gave us lots of good advice on places to visit in the area. When our car wouldn’t start when we were leaving, the front desk arranged for someone to come and jump it and also got a taxi for me in the meantime. Not something easily done when you don’t speak Turkish! The room was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark and quiet, which made for an excellent sleep. We don’t use the fitness room, Turkish bath or sauna although they looked great. We did however make use of the guest laundry, which was great. Highly recommended, in fact we loved it so much we stayed at the Park Dedeman, Denizli too!

The staff here couldn’t have been more helpful. We were welcomed by Sabit & Harun on arrival and Sabit gave us lots of great advice for tourist sights, which we didn’t know about. In the morning, we had trouble starting our car and again, the front desk was amazing, helping us get someone out together it fixed and organizing a taxi, in the meantime.

The hotel itself was perfect. Our room was huge and included everything we needed. There was a gym, sauna & Turkish bath available as well as a laundry, which we used and appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark & quiet, resulting in a great sleep. Highly recommended!

Great stay
A great hotel. We had a superior room and it was incredible. Spacious, the bed was comfortable, really clean, iron/ironing board in the room, heating, balcony. Ordered room service and the food was great. Highly recommend staying here.

Hotel is mainly serving bus tourists. It is new and clean. Staff could be friendlier. Location is not ideal. There isn’t much around the hotel.

Wonderful hotel!

We were scheduled to stay here for two nights. The stay turned in to four nights due to a heavy snowstorm which caused our flights to be cancelled for several days. Overall we liked the hotel a lot but it had a few quirks that could be improved upon. (Note that until recently this hotel was a Hilton Garden Inn,) The room was nice and decent sized. Breakfast was marginal but lunch and dinner were excellent. It was hard to believe the quality they maintained for lunch and dinner considering they had few guests while we were there. The waiters were all very good, including Gaffari who served us a few times. The front desk personnel were friendly and helped us with several issues. Not everyone at the hotel is fluent in English but it’s not a problem. Most speak at least a little English or are adept at using Google translate. They had live music in their ballroom one night while we were there. It was a lot of fun. My biggest issue with the hotel was the fact they didn’t seem to heat the common areas. The temperature rarely rose above 50 degrees Fahrenheit in the lobby, restaurant and hallways. You had to wear a coat to eat. Not sure if this is customary in this area or if they’re just cheap but it was ridiculous. Despite the heating problem, we liked the place. Pretty sure we would like it a lot more in the summer, however.

The staff at reception and in the dining area were friendly and extremely helpful. The food was of excellent quality and recognizing that repairs were still ongoing after the devastating earthquake the service was exemplary
