Great apartment/ hotel, really enjoyed my stay, the staff are helpful & the rooms are kept in great condition. I have already booked my next stay with Treppan.

The room is clean and tidy, and there are many facilities and restaurants around, which is very convenient. It is a little far from the airport, so the price is relatively cheap.

A good apart-hotel for a reasonable price. The downside is that you have to drive to all the interesting places, but it’s not far, the rooms are simple. There are a sufficient number of shops and restaurants nearby.

We got a great room. It has his own sala and bedroom with television working on both areas. Wifi is good and free breakfast is fine. Not much but its good.

Clean, spacious room with the view of the Burj Khalifa. Perfect Location at the downtown of Dubai. Very near the Dubai Mall and other attractions. Good buffet and even had indoor swimming pool you can enjoy at any season. The staff are polite and very helpful. Very good value for money. Definitely highly recommended

Superb stay for our entire family for 8 nights and 9 days. All staff are so good. Start from Reception, Bell Boys, Room Service gave us a very nice experience here. So many amenities are close by. Will recommend my friends and will visit back again.cheers.

This is more of an apartment than a hotel. Check-in was very slow! (Although we arrived at 18:00, the room was not prepared) About 40 minutes of waiting, when we asked for water, they offered to buy it!) By the way, in the room they give 1.5 liters of water for four people, well, thanks for that)) The kettle in the room did not work. The TV remotes had no batteries, the defects were fixed in 5 hours...

Comfortable service apartments, convenient location, next to one of the major malls, metro within walking distance. It would be desirable to freshen up the repair, but overall it's ok.

The location of the hotel is just great. Only a five minutes walk of the mall from where you can go to the metro station. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Furniture is not that new, but it is ok. Breakfast is poor and tables are not clean at all. Here the hotel has still some work to do. Overall good hotel for the price you need to pay, breakfast could be better.

The room was on the 2nd floor, the property had worn parts, needed to be replaced, the TV was not a Smart TV, the hot water in the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not enough to fill it completely, cold water came from the middle. The hotel balcony has the best view, but the room was too old and too humid, especially the shower room. we asked to change the room but the stuff said there were no available rooms. The gentleman at the swimming pool (Mr. Hocine) was really nice and helpful.

It was an amazing and wonderful time that I had to Signature hotel and apartment Spa . I met unbelievable people kind and helpful smiling willingly to help you every second they see you. Location is good, easy to find even if you walk to look for place from metro station. The staff is friendly specially Bellman Salim was very helping for me. Recommended for the medium/low cost accommodation.

Pool view is stunning, though the main pain of this hotel is availability of 12 sunbeds only for 95 rooms while there enough room to place more. Receptionists are very helpful and polite

The hotel seems old and not modern as the room and bathroom needs renovating. Having a shower inside a bath tub which is very slippery and poses a risk of slipping when stepping down from the bathtub onto the floor. Found it frustrating that there isn't many electrical sockets around the room (studio) especially beside the bed to charge our phones etc.

The hotel is well located - the beach, metro and shopping center are within walking distance. Nearby there is a promenade, a shop, restaurants. But the hotel, of course, needs updating - outdated rooms, shabby furniture, a bathroom in need of repair. The hotel operates as apartment rentals, which means people stay there longer and use it as proper flats, e.g. cooking. The whole building smells food cooking. I had to request for a room change, but although the room was not smelly, the corridor and common areas were. That is definitely NOT a Radisson place! Very friendly and professional people though.

I liked the location of the apartment, about 10 minutes to the sea, cleaning every day, water is replenished every day, friendly staff. Keep in mind that in the studio for 2 adults and 2 children there is only one double bed and a small sofa (for older children it is cramped 😁)

Everything remains the same and I, a traveler, stay in the same place because it is clean, safe, convenient to travel and close to shopping areas. The hotel has everything, including washing machines, clothes drying racks, microwaves, kitchen equipment and irons.

Its value for money, especially if you are travelling with family or friends in big group. The place is cleana and spacious, service is decent. And have complete set of kitchen equipments, so you can cooked your own meal. My family and I stayed at Abidos Hotel Apartment in Dubailand for a couple of months and we had a pleasant stay overall .. the management was very cooperative and the staff was helpful . You can only stay at a reasonable price if you make a reservation from the application. Apart from that, unfortunately the reception hotel price is very high, and it is not available during fair times.

The overall experience was very good. The room was spacious and well equipped. I had two main issues; they have only 2 elevators and one of them was out of order so I had to take the stairs almost every time I wanted to go down (going up while staying in the 4th floor was difficult so had to wait for the elevator). The second thing is that they don't provide green tea in the room (only black tea)....

Location is very near to the train station and the vicinity is filled with good food, supermarket and perfect Karak Chai! Room are always clean, Netflix available, dryer rack too. Parking is easy and seamless! I miss this hotel when moving to the next one!

Okay, so…the hotel and our room was very good. Clean, which is very important. The bathroom was so nice. The room was quite big, we had lot of space to store our clothes. The Lobby had good smell everytime we enter the hotel. The only thing we did not like that much was the breakfast. It was not bad but it could be better, especially the coffee. Peace

Huge mall for shopping luxury brands. All big names under one roof. Good choice of restaurants in and around. You can watch the fountain show from here. Choose your spot for dining and watching the show. One day is not sufficient if you are a shopaholic.

Rooms were cleaned and with good facilities but the vegetarian breakfast was very bad for all 7 days, absolutely no taste. Front desk staff was also very cooperative except Front desk manager Mr. Mahesh. He was very arrogant and rude too. Absolutely non cooperative person.

Friendly, upbeat staff from receptionists to cleaners. Well equipped, spacious apartments and proper daily cleaning. Free basement parking. Rooms have a pretty gloomy atmosphere due to lack of day light. Next building is only meters away, giving you an interesting insight into your neighbors daily life but also very limited daylight.
