It was a memorable stay indeed. The breakfast fast buffet was excellent and so do all the staff. Smooth check-in and check out. Room was clean and especially the Galleria mall attached with the hotel has a supermarket where all the groceries can be found. Location is also good and is in the heart of dubai.

It was so glad staying at Hyaat regency Dubai. It was really pleasure time there. I’ll book my next trip again here.

Location and massiveness

The Cruise is huge. If you have not traveled in Cruise anytime then this would be an opportunity to experience it. Its not moving but still you can see everything inside Cruise. Best part is you will have access to every deck. Its an amazing experience and there are lots to roam and see inside for many hours.

Rooms are a little outdated, which is understandable as it’s an older hotel in Dubai. The food and service was amazing. From a seamless and friendly check-in with Viran to the coffee lounges and the various restaurants and bars, not one place disappointed! If you’re a foodie and like to stay in one place - this is a great spot!

I had very magical experience moments in the SPA at the hotel. The decoration it is outstanding and the welcoming smile of the staff makes me feel very comfortable. Their professional hands take out the stress and pressure in my body and become more younger with full energy

The service and location is good but hotel itself is old

The bathroom smells like sewage. The smell never goes away. The hotel staff were very kind and this is likely something out of their control but something a traveler should be aware of. We did tell them several times. Love the ambiance of the hotel and the restaurant staff are very friendly.

I had a great experience thanks to the amazing service from Praneeth and Nazeer at the front desk. They were both extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. The hotel offer the best accomodation in this area, big room ....for very competitive prices.

The tubs are horrible high and terribly slippery. I fell the first night and got badly bruised up. The shower head was loose and we had to call maintenance. Then there was issues with the water temperature. They did fix it but wish it would've just worked to start with. It's rather far from the main ***** so if you're looking to be close to the center of everything this is not the place for you.

The hotel service was good and the reception has able to accommodate to my requests. I have stayed there with half board reservations and the restaurant has served average foods yet the waiters were providing good service. Perhaps, the menu can be further enriched for improving point.

Stayed here couple of nights and i must say I had a wonderful time. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, all our needs were attended swiftly. The rooms are a debatable topic, we had some bed bugs in one of the room then they changed it to a much nicer and fresher room. Staff were friendly, check in took some time, but not terrible. Rooms are older, but are clean. This hotel could use some renovation, carpet and better sound proofing. The street is loud just outside ans because the hallway is marble, sound echos at all hours. It just needs renovation. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and we were able to rest.

Superb atmosphere, inside the room and out. Decor and feeling in the room is top, exactly what it says on the tin but obviously without actually traveling back in time for convenience. There are other business places in the hotel, such as massage parlors, pizza shops, cake shops, etc. Sometimes there are many people at noon and in the evening, and you have to wait for a long time for the elevator.
