The location is really good that close to the beach. However, they really need to improve the service that I asked for towels but they never came even after 1hr I came back the guy I talked to still didn’t give me what I requested. The building itself is outdated but ok considering for the price.

We've been staying at this hotel for the third year in a row. Breakfast is a European buffet. The city's Umbrella Beach is a 10-minute walk away, and a regular beach is across the street from us. The sea is clear, with plenty of fish and turtles near the rocks.

To all the people disappointed with this hotel, do not expect 4 star services if the hotel is not charging you a 4-star price. I stayed for one night with my family at this hotel. While the location is very good, the hotel’s interior definitely needs renovation as it feels outdated.
