With a such nice location and a multitude of facilities, probably need a professional management to upgrade its status. First of all to remove the weird things - interdiction for children under 12 yo to enter swimming pool, calling the large swimming pool "Olympic", keeping the lobby toilets locked, etc. I saw two managers rebuffing personnel in plain view - where is the discretion?
The staff is very nice, friendly, trying their best to accommodate all requests. Food is far away from a 5 stars status as variety and presentation, but is tasty - congratulation to the chefs. Room is small with cheap and awkward furniture, bathroom - sink is very high, difficult to use and what a poor finishing for the ceramics...
The generous common terrace in front of the room was lovely and facing the sea.
The bed-sheet was worn out and towels tired - generally speaking is needed a refurbishment many things.
The beach is very nice and swimming pools very good all at a splendid location.
My room had a lot of moisture in it. I learned later from other guests that it’s a common issue. The room had a smell of mold, which got better after I complained to the staff and they made the extra effort to give it a good cleaning. But nothing could solve the condensation. If you turn the air off and open up the balcony, the mirrors, the floors, the walls and other surfaces would become wet in a matter of minutes. Only keeping the air around 20 degrees or lower would help with that. The clothes and bedsheets always felt moist. The last 2 days there was a smell of sewer coming from the air vents as well. Good thing I didnt spend much time in my room.
The food was very disappointing. The quality of the ingredients and the variety were at the minimal. Vegetable spread instead of butter.
My huge thanks to the staff. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and professional. The staff made my stay very pleasant.
The swimming pool staffs are lack of basic politeness or common sense
AC machine is a bit noisy.
