The hotel experience was disappointing. The reception staff were unprofessional and unhelpful during check-in, and the overall service did not meet basic hospitality standards. Additionally, the loud music that continued throughout the night made it impossible to rest. Despite contacting the reception multiple times, no action was taken to reduce the noise.
This issue affected the comfort and quality of my stay, and I expected better management and guest care.

If possible I would definitely give them zero stars. They should mention that this is a party hotel, if you want a peaceful night's sleep, please do not come to this property. Bad smell in the corridors.

Awfully loud music from the night club can be heard on any floor and all night long. No sleep possible. Noisy people and drunken people, dirty rooms, bad maintained plus rude staff. Horror hotel. Never again.

If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would. This was the first time I'd ever encountered a hotel that confiscated my passport. I was staying on the 3rd floor, and I don't know which floor the nightclub was on. From midnight until 4 AM, I could hear a drum kit constantly playing. The wall outlets were hard to find; I had to move the bed to find them.

The room had a strong smoke smell and felt suffocating. I even found a cockroach on the bed. The walls are thin, you can hear sound from other rooms.
The worst part was that they withheld my Emirates Id during the stay and only returned it at checkout
Overall a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience

Perfect location and excellent service. We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Excellent hospitality and budget friendly rooms.. Will definitely recommend!

The reception of the hotel is small and old fashioned!!!!!!!! They have parking spaces behind the hotel and we parked there, but their own free parking space I’m not sure if they have and during our stay it was very loud sounds from the construction behind the hotel. Old fashioned rooms and need general renovation , specially for the bathroom and it’s very shabby inside !! Breakfast we didn’t take!!!

The worst hotel i have ever stayed , i totally don’t recommend you to stay here . The furniture old and very dirty , bad service. Nobody informed us that there gonna be a club music till 4 am . Too much noisy, we called to the reception desk 4 times , what they did is just ignored us. They gave an attitude as we stay in this hotel for free . I am so furious as i can not sleep. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Too noisy . I made a big mistake by choosing this hotel. Even don’t wanna give a star for such a 🤮👎🏻hotel .
