Stay was good but there was no hot water to take bath, we checked out without taking bath which is really horrible, the technician came to attend the complaint, having very little knowledge about the hot water, according to him, if water is in room temperature its hot water😁😁, really funny guy. We were initially booked into a king studio and unfortunately the apartment was a little small and the finish of the apartment was quite poor. Maintenance is biggest issue in the hotel which need to address, light and WC not working.

It was ok not woow. Flat was big but deducted more then i was suppose to pay and Housekeeping was not done unlike other properties if we request during our stay. No buffet breakfast was available. It was like order which took alot of time and most of daily eating items were not available during breakfast.

We booked a two bedroom apartment for two nights. We asked to change rooms from the 9th floor as there was noise coming from outside on the roof. Once on the 4th floor, everything was fine. The staff were very helpful at all times. The rooms were comfortable and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels on the island.

Location was not clear, bedsheets were old, they provided the cattle and cups for tea but they instead don't provide the tea bugs and sugar and sugest that they have a tea and coffee from machine. Tho yes the place I quiet and isolated making a good hide out
