Best place on Azove sea.

The resort is magnificent, with beautiful landscaping, beautiful cabins, pools for every swimmer, slides for kids, umbrellas, and sun loungers—it's all fantastic. The food in the dining room is excellent; you can fill up on a good meal, and the food is delicious and varied (lunch and dinner). The rooms are spacious and have everything you need.
Pros:
Delicious food, coffee, tea, and wine (lunch and dinner), swimming pools, an entertainment program for children and adults, plenty of space to stroll and explore the resort, shaded playgrounds, a café and bar on the grounds overlooking the beach, and even a small shop on site. The rooms have a great fold-out sofa, plenty of cups and glasses, and a decent-sized refrigerator. The sun loungers come with tables, just in case anyone needs them. The beach has plenty of shelter, exercise equipment, and a children's slide. A nice car will pick you up from the parking lot and take you back to your room when you check out—a great idea, in my opinion. The beach has wooden walkways leading directly to the sea, and lifeguards are present.
Cons:
Prices in the bar, cafe, and shop are grossly inflated. There's no drinking water on site (you have to buy it). Rooms are cleaned only every few days, so you won't be provided with soap or toilet paper. A 1,000 UAH deposit is required upon check-in. This will be returned later, of course, but this shows a lack of trust, which is unpleasant. The Wi-Fi is poor. The drinking fountains outside have industrial water, but I'd prefer drinking water. The breakfast is repetitive (there are four choices), and you get completely bored by the third day. A sun lounger by the pool is available for an additional fee.

Not related to the base: it's a long walk to the nearest entertainment, the infrastructure is undeveloped, just one street with stalls and a couple of shops with exorbitant prices (beer, which costs 31 UAH here, costs 70 UAH there).
Overall, we were happy with our vacation; I've already found every little detail possible to complete the picture.

This is a great family-friendly resort, with everything for kids, as they say. There are playgrounds and a play center. Seven swimming pools (two for tiny tots, two for slightly older children, two for adults (1.90 cm, if I'm not mistaken), and one for water polo. There's a cafe on the beach (the prices were a bit disappointing this year; a milkshake was 70 UAH and not that tasty, so we were disappointed with the drink) and a restaurant. There are public restrooms. This year, we were pleased with the dining room. Breakfast offered four menus, and lunch and dinner each had two. It was clean and tasty, but after 10 days, it gets boring (I'd like a little more variety, especially in the salads; I personally don't consider sliced bell peppers and tomatoes a salad, especially without any dressing. The tomatoes were spoiled once). The rooms are cozy and fresh, clean, the furniture is new, the bed is snow-white, and each room has a private balcony where it's nice to have coffee in the morning or evening while sitting at the table. BUT, in 10 days this year, the maid didn't come to our place even once to do a wet cleaning (even though there's a lot of staff, when we asked for a floor cloth, it took us five hours to get one, and toilet paper was brought the next day—thankfully, the market was nearby). We were also given a small crib at our request, but of course, it wasn't free. Guests have free sun loungers and shades on the beach. Children enjoy activities, exercise classes, dance workshops, and much more. I'd especially like to highlight the entertainer, Rusya. The children really came to life. Wherever Rusya was, there were lots of children, and she managed to keep everyone organized.
Overall, the resort is superb, but some minor improvements would be appreciated. Specifically, there are a lot of children at the resort, and the dining room doesn't have high chairs, which is extremely inconvenient for parents.

Finally, these days, you can get decent service for your money. The staff is very polite and friendly. We stayed here last year, and this year, the huge investment in both physical and material resources is clear. The owners have taken into account the wishes expressed by vacationers in reviews: they added a mat next to the shower stall, the rooms have a kettle, and they've added soap, shower gel, and shampoo. However, it's unclear why the triple room only has two cups and two shower gels and shampoos, which weren't replenished even once during our two-week stay. Another downside is that they've made sun loungers by the pool a fee, even though the rooms are quite expensive. Last year, they were free, which influenced our choice of resort this year. Although there are now more sun loungers on the beach, more canopies, an additional pool, two bars, and children's centers. It's much better! I read reviews complaining about the standard food, but we're happy! The dining room staff is very friendly, neatly dressed, and wearing gloves. The portions are large, and the menu is varied. We rented two sets of rooms for two adults and a child. As a mother and child, one set was more than enough for both of us. The rooms are cleaned constantly; we even refused. I like to clean them myself and don't like having strangers in the room, but that's just my opinion. Cleanliness is taken care of. However, to be fair, I should note that we were checked into a room where the floors hadn't been washed, there was dust, and the toilet paper was clearly leftover from previous guests. But that's human error. We definitely recommend this resort for an above-average vacation!

The overall impression is positive! The resort is new, not yet finished, but the concept is good. It has a large grounds, beautiful, bright buildings, a playground, and three swimming pools. Our apartment was very nice, large, and had a good kitchen. It had all the necessary cookware for 5 people, a frying pan, and three pots. The balcony also boasts a large table, six chairs, two sun loungers, and a clothes dryer! We had both deluxe and standard meals, and they differ. Deluxe portions are larger and more filling (two people can eat from one portion), and you have a choice of two options. Standard is also quite good; we didn't leave hungry. The animators hold aqua aerobics for adults in the morning and then entertain the children with discos, master classes, and pool games. The beach bar has a large selection of cocktails. Opposite the resort is a mini market where you can buy groceries, clothing, and prepared meals. There are some minor shortcomings: the pool is not cleaned every day, and when it is, it is until 11 am; the room was not cleaned, although we have been living in the apartment for four days.
