We vacationed with our family in early August. Overall, everything was fine and well-designed for a family vacation, but the prices were clearly inflated. For starters, no one even showed us to our room or explained anything. The room wasn't clean enough: cobwebs covered the TV, the closet was difficult to open and close due to sand and debris in the slats, the room was cleaned once every six days, which we'd have liked more often for the price, and the liquid soap was so diluted it didn't even lather. Our impressions were mixed: everything was well-organized, but the quality wasn't up to par. Reconsider your pricing or the quality of service!

A good base for a family vacation. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: gazebos, a huge playground, parking, a barbecue area with a washbasin and gazebos, a gated area, sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, full kitchens in the rooms, a clean beach with good access to the water, and helpful staff.

The disadvantages are more related to the island's infrastructure: be prepared to travel 10 km along a washboard from the end of Stepok, there's trash outside the bases, and the lack of a decent store (the one there has a very limited selection of groceries, rarely fruit, and no fish). Therefore, I recommend bringing everything with you, as you can hardly buy anything on site, and driving to the store in Stepok along a "washboard" (dirt road with sandy waves) is simply not an option.
And of course, prices are a bit high during the season, but I guess there's demand.

A wonderful resort for a family vacation! Everything is quite simple, but very convenient and well-thought-out – the room has everything you need (if you're missing anything, just ask the staff – they'll be sure to provide it), a large playground with a trampoline, slide, swings, exercise equipment, balls, and basketball hoops. There's a toy car and sandbox toys, barbecue grills (you can buy charcoal and firewood on site. The staff even offers to light the grill for you), and a private beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas (mushrooms made from brushwood).

A national park with deer is a 10-minute walk away – I highly recommend taking a tour there.
The only downside to the entire island is the lack of greenery. However, the resort has plenty of gazebos where you can escape the heat.

I absolutely loved everything! It's a great place to relax. The facilities at the resort are excellent, and it's immediately obvious they care about their guests. The resort exceeds all expectations! Everything is clean and new. The resort has excellent barbecues, gazebos for relaxing, umbrellas on the beach, a great playground, and even a sports field.
But the most important thing is the people! A huge thank you to the resort director, Natalia Fedorovna, and to all the staff for this wonderful vacation and their help with everything! You are the best!
