Pros: very friendly staff, overall a quiet location compared to the city center, easy access to the sea, downtown, and a water park

Cons: thin walls, no sleep from neighbors, a small pool, and not enough gazebos for the number of guests

(even though check-in is at noon), and the receptionist happily offered to let us settle in right away and wait for check-in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were pleased to see there was plenty of storage

The pool is fenced for the safety of children. The sea is about 10 minutes from the central beach, along the road there are many cafes and cafes where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food

We vacationed with our child in this place. Very cozy, clean, friendly owners. In his free time from the sea, the child had fun on the trampoline and swam in the pool with great pleasure

The hosts are very friendly and always ready to help! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea through the territory of the sanatorium. Today I can confidently recommend this guest house!

We vacationed here for the second year in a row, for the money this is a very good option for a vacation with children! There is a small free parking area, barbecue facilities and a children's playground with a sandbox on site

The area is clean and comfortable. The staff is very polite and professional. But there are also disadvantages: smoking anywhere on the territory (although the rooms are not smoky) We really liked it and will come again

The room is good, the beds are comfortable. Shower and toilet in the room, hot water around the clock, air conditioning, TV and wi-fi work properly. The kitchen is on site and has all the necessary equipment

I didn't want to go beyond it. The sea here is disgusting and you have to go to the wild beach, away from the menagerie and the proletariat. But there were jellyfish everywhere and we hung out by the pool on site

Very cozy guest house! Friendly staff, bright, spacious modern rooms with white linens and towels. Great clean pool! Nearby is the center, the sea, the market and the amusement park, but no noise is heard. I recommend!

the most pleasant surprise is the cuisine, incredibly tasty and inexpensive. It's a pity the photos do not convey the taste! Located 5 minutes from the beach, but we barely forced ourselves to leave the hotel)))

Rooms are clean with white linens and towels. Excellent soundproofing from the zoo around. There is a children's pool with warm water, which is also very cool. The only thing that let down was the kitchen

When planning my vacation I found a guest house "Nicole" on the Internet. Everything was just super! Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Delicious food! I advise everyone this beautiful place

Nice room with everything you need. The hotel has an excellent location. Very close to the sea and shops. Small but comfortable area, clean pool, protected area, good staff

+ Nice place + Clear swimming pool ' the room is accord for a quantity of members, that says on reception. More, even for one person, is not so comfortable. - small kitchen just for little breakfast. Better go eat near.

We are here in June 2021 for the first time. The place is excellent! We arrived before check-in time and were kindly accommodated earlier. Very nice manager! The cleanest pool. The mini kitchen has everything you need

Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Made by people for people! To the sea 1-2 minutes on foot. Around a million shops and cafes. It is convenient to go down to the sea along a wide concrete staircase

Very wonderful hotel, service and staff are friendly and helpful. Correct work of the administrator Valentina in the booking. Payment is possible in any form. An excellent family run hotel for a relaxing stay

I really liked the fact that three small and three large towels, a hair dryer, soap (liquid and regular), a set of cotton pads and ear buds, additional garbage bags are provided along with a triple room
