The hotel gave a feeling of peace and comfort. The territory is well-groomed, there is a small garden and a terrace for relaxation. Everything in the room is new, clean and well-thought-out. Breakfasts are varied, always fresh pastries and aromatic coffee. It feels like every employee works from the heart to make the stay pleasant.

Economy option for UAH 300 When paying for the room, you also leave a security deposit in cash in the amount of UAH 200. You can also pay for accommodation by card. 2 small towels, 2 pieces of soap (Ukrzaliznytsia sample) are waiting for you. In our room there were 4 sockets, if you consider the standard ones. It was possible to use two, because the third and fourth were at an inconvenient height...

For one night stay is good. Not 5 *, but the linen was clean, soap, paper, towels. The rooms are above the tire shop, can be noisy. We were lucky, apparently, the shift was not loaded. The rooms are small but everything was clean.

I really liked it, clean rooms. We stayed for two nights, they met us, there was no light just because of the outage, we were shown to the rooms, but there was light in the rooms themselves. We are staying for the second time. This is not a huge hotel with a bunch of doors and corridors, but a wonderful family hotel with separate rooms. You feel at home here. We had a large spacious room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a kitchenette. The mattresses are comfortable, the bed is clean. The rooms are warm (we were in autumn) and there is always hot water. The staff are very nice people...

This is the second time we stayed at this apartment, because like last time, it's super clean, calm, quiet, smells nice, stylish design , cozy. Nice administrators, always very welcome and helpful, great location , grocery store cross the street, center of city 4 minutes from apartment . We definitely will be back and highly recommend this apartment!!

Large rooms, private parking places, very central location. Located in the city center, walking distance from the central pedestrian street with restaurants and bars) Very nice hotel, we stay here multiple times when we travel via Chernivtsi. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were impressed with the service, comfort, cleanliness and atmosphere in the apart-hotel in Troyandovaya. I really liked design of the room, in which I found absolutely everything I needed for a normal stay. I would like to thank administrator Ksenia very much for putting us up and for giving us such an enjoyable time.

Great location (center, near old historical sites and Chernivtsi National University), clean, comfortable and good breakfast. The staff is very polite. Great location to start visiting the nearest fortresses: Khotin and Kamianets-Podilskyi.
